The apartment is located at 3 min walking distance from Brixton Underground station. It is also extremely well served 24 hours bus services and it is just 15 minutes away from Westminster, 18-minute tube to Oxford Circus.
There is also a train station that takes straight to Victoria and is located only 3 min. walk from the flat.
This flat is very close to shops 24hrs and supermarkets providing easy reach to daily essentials.
Bedding: 1 Double bed, 1 living room with 1 chair that unfolds into a comfortable bed and 1 sofa bed for one, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen
Utilities: Central heating, Wi-fi, 40inch smart TV, Kettle, Toaster, Iron board, Cooker, Fridge, Freezer, Washing machine, crockery, pots, pans, dishes etc.
Bed linen is provided along with fresh towels. No toilet paper provided (1 roll only)
Check-in takes place at the flat where you are greeted and given the keys - PLEASE CALL when you are on your way to the flat, ie just about to board the public transport or jump in the taxi. This really helps as sometimes landing at an airport can take much longer than anticipated.
When you are checking out there is no need to strip the beds. Check out time is 10.30am.
Guest will have access to the entire apartment
No interaction with guests as you book the entire apartment.
Parking available on site - £10.00 per day - you need to book it with me beforehand.
Check in time must be announced at least 2 days prior to your arrival and it may vary accordingly to each other's schedule but always after 3 pm.
Late check in available (after 11.00pm) - a £20.00 surcharge will apply.

No Smoking (very strict)
Damage and breakage will be notified and would be charged accordingly.
No pets are allowed inside the property.
Lighting candle, incense are not allowed for safety reason.
Keys if lost, guest will be charged £ 70.00 as the entire lock needs to be replaced for security reason.
Use of extra sheets are charged £10 per piece and therefore you need to let me know, failing to do so I reserve the right to deduct it from your damage deposit.
This is a residential area so please maintain noise level during your stay.
No music or high volume entertainment is allowed
I do not allow any other people apart from your own party to enter my flat.
Please throw away the rubbish and empty the bathroom basket when you leave.
I recycle so please make sure you throw plastic, cans and glasses in the proper plastic bag provided (just one bin for any recycling material) and then when you check out, leave it by the black bins outside the building. Do not leave food in the (URL HIDDEN) cleaner won't eat it. Please throw it away.
Rubbish must be put inside the big black bins situated at the building's entrance or along the road.
Recycling must be put on the streets on Monday evening.
Put all clean cups and clean plates back in the cupboards when you leave; failing to do so occur in a £20.00 surcharge.
When checking out please leave the keys on the table and just close the door.
