My place is close to art and culture, great views, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the high ceilings, the views, and the location. This is a 3 bedrooms 2 1/2 bathrooms single family home. I am only using one of each. The house has vaulted ceilings, fireplace, huge windows, balcony and updated bathrooms, large kitchen and dining area, generously sized bedrooms, losts of space for every one.
Great location with easy access to the airport (10 minutes driving), close to University of Alaska Anchorage (10 minutes driving), downtown Anchorage (10 minutes driving) and public transportation within waking distance.
In addition to their bedroom and bathroom, guest will have access to the common areas (kitchen, living room and dining room).
The bedroom has a private balcony with view of beautiful landscape.
I will gladly share my knowledge of the area and abundant activities Alaska has to offer. I also try to give my guest space to enjoy themselves and very much respect their privacy.

I recently finished my contract with the Army. Now I am working with the Air National Guard. I run and hike regularly. Sometimes I do some exploring trips. For example, Sea Kayaking in Homer or Hiking Crow Pass with one-day camping. I am considering Hatchers Pass next, Salmon fishing in Kasilof river, ATV riding with Alaska Adventures, White Water rafting at Sixmile Creek with Nova, Whale watching as well as camping and hiking in Resurrection Bay. I visited Adak Island on a Caribou hunting trip. When I visited Fairbanks I went to the Hot springs and the Ice Museum. I participated in the Fur Rundy with a team of fellows from my church, and I went to check out the Deer Run, but I didn't participate this year. I am a big movie's fan.
This is my first time hosting with AirBnB. I own a house in Dallas, Texas and I used to host there, but no via AirBnB. I have traveled a little bit in the U.S. and in New Zealand, Asustralia, Venezue, Colombia, Mexico and the D.R. and I think I have learned a few things to make folks feel comfortable.
