Located in Petroupolis, Athens, this cozy home accommodates up to 5 people, with two bedrooms and additional 2 huge sofa beds. Features include a fully-equipped kitchen, fast internet, two TVs with streaming services, and a modern bathroom with a washing machine. Air-conditioned with front and back gardens, it's near public transportation, shops, restaurants and cultural sites like Petra Theater. Ideal for families or groups seeking a suburban retreat close to Athens' vibrant attractions.

The kitchen is fully equiped with everything you 'll need to cook, to bake or serve. Hugh fridge, stove, oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker and a large table with four chairs.
The living room is the largest room of the house. It has 2 large sofas that can also be used as beds. A 55'' UHD 4K TV with active subscriptions to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video and Disney+. There are also 2 tables.
Master bedroom includes a double bed, 2 bedside tables with reading lamps, a large closet , a study desk, a 32'' FHD TV also with the aforementioned streaming services, and a makeup table with a mirror.
The secondary bedroom includes a single bed with a reading lamp and it's own closet.
The bathroom includes a washing machine, a hair dryer and a shower cabin. Of course all the necessities are there.
There are two yards, one in the front and one in the back. They're both full of trees and flowers.
Finally internet speed is very fast (over 300Mbps)
