This is a renovated two storey townhouse just a short stroll from Macrossan Street and the famous Four Mile Beach.
The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom air conditioned townhouse has everything you need for a perfect tropical getaway. Ideally suited for 2 couples or a small family. This is a well equipped property, containing a lush pool setting.
Undercover parking is conveniently at the front door of the property. Once inside you will find the first of 2 bedrooms, this bedroom contained a queen size bed, a wardrobe space and an ensuite. This bedroom opens up to a private courtyard which contains seating and an electric BBQ.
Upstairs there is another bedroom containing a queen size bed. There is also another bathroom and the open plan kitchen and living area on this level which opens onto a shaded verandah. It is the perfect spot for a pre dinner drinks and nibbles.
There is a rollaway bed available which can be used for children or a small adult (please request when booking). A portacot, high chair and stroller are also available by request.
This townhouse has a fully self contained kitchen and laundry (downstairs) complete with a washing machine, dryer and clothesline.
There is a flat screen TV and DVD player in the lounge with a variety of DVDs to choose from. Both bedrooms and the lounge room contain air-conditioners for your comfort.
The Pool is located at the front of the property. Pool and beach toys, boogie boards and beach chairs are all available to use at your convenience.
Entire townhouse available. Treat this townhouse as your home away from home.
