Modern and immaculate "studio" unit attached to the main house with a separate and private entrance. Located in the highly coveted Sycamore/Freeman Park neighborhood, with our tree-lined streets, hiking/biking paths, bayshore strolls and open space!
The Studio is approx. 385 sq. ft, cozy and warm! We have thoughtfully placed many practical and functional amenities within. Our space truly feels both spacious and like a "home away from home". You will find a new washer and dryer, convection oven, microwave, large food-prep area, coffee maker, iron/board, wifi, flat screen TV and dinner/stem-ware at your fingertips. Linens, towels and toiletries are of course provided. Remember, this is a private space, you don't share any of the above amenities. We enjoy all day sun, views of beautiful Mount Tamalpais, a backyard to relax in and a park to play and/or picnic in. We are a modern one-story home with zero stairs to navigate.
Guests enter through their separate and private entrance with their own key and enjoy private outdoor space as well. Truly an indoor/outdoor space, imagine yourself sitting inside the studio with your feet in the garden enjoying coffee/tea and a favorite book. Serene indeed!

House Guidelines & Rules
Pets: We have a strict no pet policy on the premises due to some Guest's intolerance to pet related allergies.
Smoking: Is not allowed anywhere on the premises at anytime.
Maximum Occupancy: The Rental rate is based upon occupancy of up to two (2) persons.
Sleeping Configuration: The Rental is configured to sleep two (2) in one Queen-size bed.
Parking: One reserved parking space is provided directly in front of the garage for the duration of your stay.
Telephone: As most Guests have mobile telephones, we do not provide a land-line inside the Rental.
Courtesy: Reciprocal courtesy as it relates to the quiet, peaceful enjoyment for all.
No Daily Housekeeping Services: We provide linens and towels, but daily housekeeping services are not included in the Rental. For stays of two-weeks or more, we ALSO PROVIDE a professional cleaning each Monday morning if you would like. There is NO charge for this service :-)
We can make housekeeping services available at a rate of $65 per service if additional attention is needed. A vacuum, broom and basic cleaning supplies are provided.
Inclusive Fees: Rates include a one-time linen and towel set-up. Amenity fees are included in the Rental rate.
Minimum Stay: The Rental requires a three (3) night minimum stay; if the Rental is taken for less than three (3) days, the Guest will be charged the three (3) night rate.
Rates: Subject to change without notice.
Damage/Reservation Deposit: $100 refundable deposit per the following:
A. No damage has been done to the Rental unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear; B. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay; C. Guests place all debris, rubbish and discards in trash and recyclable containers. Please strip linens from the bed(s) and place in laundry hamper; D. All keys are left on the dining table and the Rental is left locked; E. All charges accrued during stay are paid for prior to departure; F. Linens, appliances, furniture or contents are not missing or damaged; G. The Renter is not evicted by the owner or local law enforcement.
Liability: The owners of the Rental are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur to the Renter or their guests during their stay on the premises. The owners of the Rental unit are not responsible for the loss of the Renter or their Guests personal belongings or valuables. The owners of the Rental unit are not responsible for injury or death to the Renter or their Guests as a result of operating the property's bicycles either on or off the property. By accepting this reservation, the Renter and all Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising out of their use of, or others whom they invite, to use the premises.
Written Exceptions: Any exceptions to policies must be approved in advance and in writing.

I was born and raised in Mill Valley, so please check-in with me if I can offer recommendations for restaurants, events, baby-sitters and the works. I personally enjoy my autonomy while I'm traveling and will approach your stay similarly, that is to say, I respect your privacy. Just know that I'm more than willing and able to be of assistance to you prior and during your stay.
