The location is good, check in was smooth, supply and kitchen overall was good. After we checked in, I am quite surprised that the property overall condition was poor considering its good overall rating and the market price.
It is on the bottom floor with its ceiling slightly above street level. There was smell of mold, and my wife had continuously sneezing due to possible allergy reaction, and myself had nasal congestion. The third day was shinny outside, I tried to open windows, but only can open one, as others were stuck.
The floor was carpet and it was dirty. The sofa/couch was very dirty, none of us even tried to sit on it.
There was no curtain and window noise isolation was not good, if you were a sensitive sleeper, it can be a problem for you as you can clearly hear airplanes passing by, cars moving on street, and sun light can wake you up very early.
Suggest to avoid bottom floor in London especially during season there is no need for heating as London is quite wet, and also look for property with wood floor (normally can be seen in pictures).
