Direct Oceanfront and Marina Front views are incredible with beautiful sunsets and direct Friday night Fireworks views! Close to restaurants, transportation and easy access in and out of Waikiki. Our personal surf spots are located right here! I provide a parking pass for the duration of your stay with us! Our GE license # is W(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).
Please note that we will need to collect Hawaii State General Excise Tax of 4.712% as well as Transient Accommodations tax of 9.25%.

It is a 659 Square foot corner unit with beautiful Ocean/Marina Front Views of the Ala Wai Marina and The Hilton Lagoon and Waikiki Beach! Local Surf Spots Ala Moana Bowls and Kaisers are a direct front view, this is the surf spot that Gerry Lopez learned to surf as a young man. There are great restaurants right nearby and walking distance to Ala Moana Shopping Center and Ala Moana Beachpark.
Easy in and out of Waikiki by car or public transporation!

This unit is in an older building that has been grandfathered into a condo/hotel. It is legal for us to rent our unit nightly. It is located on the outskirts of Waikiki with easy access to restaurants, transportation, Ala Moana Shopping Center and Ala Moana Park. You will love the ease of discovering all about Waikiki without getting stuck in the traffic. The beach is very close!

I am a hands on owner who has much to offer guest who arrive and stay with me. If I am not busy, I have been known to pick up and drop off to the airport as well as purchase groceries, etc. Honolulu and Waikiki are my homespace and I love to meet new people who come to Honolulu to experience our lovely space. My husband and I Stand up paddle right in front of the lagoon. This is what endeared us to purchase the Condo. I love sharing it with people like you!

When you stay at my unit, there is a gourmet kitchen filled with all the comforts of home. You can cook complete meals or walk to the numerous restaurants nearby. We are walking distance to many locations as well as easy transportation choices in and out of Waikiki.

Quiet hours after 10pm, no pets, please wash the sand off before you enter the condo. This is an older building with some quirks, so please forgive the little older building issues.

Sheryl was as communicative as we wanted to be from the very beginning. I had several questions in the beginning which she responded very quickly to. This place is a gem. The pictures really do not do it justice. Sheryl was very up front about the kinks of the older building but her listing was was very updated and very clean. She provided everything even down to the bottled water in the fridge. Sheryl also let us borrow beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and mats for our beach and pool days. The location was very key. I was able to get in and of the Waikiki very quickly since it is located at the beginning of the strip. I did not have to deal with that Waikiki strip traffic. Otherwise, the nights we did walk Waikiki, the location was very key and convenient. We were able to walk very quickly to various points on the strip. Her listing is even across the street from the Ala Moana Mall. We were able to take advantage of restaurants on the strip as well as in Honolulu. Friday night, we were front row and center for the Hilton Fireworks. Sheryl was as communicative as we wanted. She was always readily available. She checked in on us at the right times and offered great food and local suggestions even for me that has been visiting Oahu regularly for the past 12 years. I would definitely stay here again. Her listing has all the amenities and more. The view is amazing since she has a corner unit. She has very clear instructions on how to operate things in her unit. She really took care to ensure we felt at home whether it was the decor of her listing to her checking in on us. Thank you Sheryl. Save me more days in the future.

I really enjoyed my stay at this unit. Firstly, the view from the window was really the best. It was very open and bright as it was a corner room. I was deeply moved by the morning glittery wide ocean and bright red sunset. Next, the furniture of the fully equipped kitchen was wonderful. I had no trouble in cooking. As a few bad things, it was noisy until late as there was a party on Saturday night at the hotel next door. Also, since tax payment method was not clear, I wanted you to clarify. The building was a bit old, but there were no problems in particular. The location is good, I think it is highly recommended. Thanks to you I enjoyed my first Honolulu very much. Sheryl, thank you!

Aloha Tsuyoshi, Thank you for your feedback. I apologize for the confusion over the tax payment. I normally put an invoice in the room that shows exactly what is necessary for payment. I neglected to do that. So sorry. Airbnb had been lobbying our legislature to allow them the ability to collect and pay that tax payment for the homeowners. It was rejected by the legislature. On the (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) website that I use, the taxes are collected for the homeowner. Airbnb will not do that for us. In any case, the homeowner must always pay the taxes directly to the State of Hawaii. Yes, the building is old but along with that is the luxury of the view and the cost of the rental being so much less than comparable hotels that charge $500 - 600 per night for the same view. It is a trade off! We love sharing our place with nice people like you and I do appreciate your feedback!. Let me know if you would like an itemized invoice for that taxes of 9.25% TRANSIENT ACCOMMODATIONS and 4.712% GENERAL EXCISE TAX. MUCH ALOHA, Sheryl V

Aloha, I am a local girl who along with my husband sup in front of the lagoon weekly. Our son surfs the spot called Kaiser's to the right of the channel. We love Waikiki and we love our Condo view!
