This beautiful condo at Palmar is owned and managed by Matt and Elizabeth Williamson. We are Americans living in Cozumel full time and reside at Palmar. We are a small management company and pride ourselves on attention to detail.

We love Cozumel it is our home, and Palmar is a first class building, centrally located on the Island. Cozumel is a safe and beautiful place with so many things to do. It is a tropical paradise.
About this condo.
Welcome to our very special condo at Palmar. 3E is a truly unique one-bedroom condo with double high ceilings in the living room and a huge private terrace equipped with a Weber grill for your use during your stay. The master bedroom has a window out to the living room with a special view to the ocean. The master has an en suite bath with large shower and a vanity with double sinks. There is also a second full bath, making this condo a perfect place for a couple or a family of four. In the very spacious living room, there is a queen sleeper sofa and a full size futon. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality pots, pans and cooking utensils. There are is plastic ware supplied to take to the pool. The kitchen has all American stainless steel appliances.

CozumelME supplies the condo with everything you might need to get you started on your vacation. You will find the condo supplied with salt, pepper and various spices. We also make sure there is coffee, sugar, filters and creamer to get you going on your visit. There is dishwasher soap, laundry soap, paper products as well. All guests also receive a welcome basket of snacks and a small bottle of wine.
Just imagine sipping coffee on your private terrace and watching the incoming cruise ships arrive, and then in the evening enjoy a gorgeous sunset as they depart the Island. There is shopping, fine dining and awesome water sports all near by.

The condo offers US TV programming from DISH, this is a very special amenity as many condos only offer Mexican programming with limited English stations. There is also free Wi-Fi, free calling to the US and Canada as well as local calling. The condo is also outfitted with a DVD player.

You are supplied with plenty of bath and beach towels. There is also a cooler for your use and snorkel, mask and fins are provided. There are also pool floats and tennis rackets available by request.
For stays over six nights, we offer a complementary housekeeping visit during your stay. Additional housekeeping is option and available upon request.

Palmar offers an amazing three level pool and lit tennis court. There is a gym available to our guests and a clubhouse with a ping-pong table. The grounds are beautifully maintained. There is 24-hour security and on-site secure parking for your rental car

We offer a keypad entry system to our condo and guests receive directions and entry instructions prior to arrival. There is also a welcome note for our guests at security. Guests are able to arrive to the condo at their leisure with no worries of having to meet up with someone to get a key. Our normal check-in time is 3:00pm but we are happy to try to accommodate any special requests for early check-ins or later check-outs if we can.

Why rent from us?
Matt and I live at Palmar full time and we are hands on property managers. Our company CozumelME has been renting condos on Cozumel for over six years and we have an excellent reputation. Matt and I make ourselves available to our guests and though the many years we have been working here, we have found that our guests completely appreciate that we are here for them. We give all of our guests the best in customer service. We also have a full time housekeeping staff that are completely reliable and trustworthy.
There is a very complete notebook in the condo with information about the condo, the building and getting around Cozumel. We also make many restaurant recommendations and there are coupons available for many activities and places to eat. We also provide a guidebook and an Island map.

My wife and I have traveled many times to Coz since 1997. This condo is located in one of our favorite areas. I can not say enough good things about the condo unit and the host. Everything was perfect with the unit and the communication from the host was excellent! It is located close enough to downtown that sometimes we walked from town. If walking is not your thing, the taxi fare was $7-$8 USD. The Palmer is has good security (not that you need high security on Coz), fantastic pool and other great amenities. Very close to many diving companies. My two daughters 13 and 15 both got PADI certified at Cozumel Marine World which is pretty much next door. Has a nice little convenience store located out front of the condo complex. You could just walk in and buy one beer at at time if you wanted and they were around $1.25 usd. I also used the ATM in the convenience store two times and it worked out great with a reasonable ATM fee. We used both grocery stores which are both 2.4 - 2.8 km from the condo.

This is by far nicer than photos portray. It feels cute like a loft style upon entry but once you see the floor to ceiling 2 level windows and view, the elegance of this apartment sets it. Everything required for a vacation or a professional stay in Cozumel is provided. I will definitely be back

Matt and Elizabeth fell in love with Cozumel in 2009 and we have made Cozumel our full time for over six years. We are CozumelME. We are a small management company of nine properties located at either Palmar or Residencias Reefs and pride ourselves on attention to detail and guest service.
