I am so dissapointed for your behaviour! You've bee in my villa for ONE MONTH, I wrote you many times to ask you if everything was fine. AND YOU NEVER, EVER MENTIONED ANY OF THE ISSUES you point out here!!!
You know that I am always reachable and that my property manager is avalaible 24H.
You complain about the stairs? It a 2 storey villa... As it is advertised and photographed!
The villa is professionally cleaned before each check-in and we had a deep carpet cleaning (free for you) before your arrival. None of our guests ever complained. Anyway, you should have told me immediately!
Same for the tv issues, that we can't check remotely but we can fix immediately.
As for the pots, every summer when we go we replace most of the stuff and, of course, we do it when a guest tell us something is damaged or missing. But it is a rental place and it is not easy to keep everything perfect. Also on this... You could have told us about your concerns!
The price? It is the one you decided to pay and there was not one cent we asked you for more!!! The pool heating is optional and it is a very high cost in terms of electricity bill, expecially in the winter months, and you had an extremely cheap offer... If swimming was so important, you could have reserved a little bit of your budget on it!
If you think you can get a better place - or a hotel as you say - for 80$/day on high season for 8 people and private pool and gated community (utilities, taxes, cleaning, wifi, cable tv, phone calls included)... Just go there and have fun next time!
This is so disappointing because this is our home and we work a lot ot keep our high standards and to have an open and kind relation with our guests.
