Yes, my Flat is on the 5th floor without a lift, as written in the description, but it is not a converted attic and the roof slopes are as seen in the pictures. I don't understand why you would complain about something you knew beforehand. I can't explain the musty smell and i never noticed something like that until i came back. I don't want to start finger pointing but this has nothing to do with the flat and it took me at least a week to get rid of the stench. Does it get warm on hot days, of course... it's the top floor with big windows! I mean come on, complaining about things you knew before is just mean. You saw the pictures and you could have read the Amenities. Due to the fact that I was gone for the month, the cleaning was obviously not included, which Natasha knew before. To be precise, Natasha contacted me on "wg-gesucht", a website for subletting. The only reason i offered her to seal the deal on Airbnb was her concern with her payment and booking security. The moment i realized that I forgot to clean one of the kitchen cabinets and left some potatoes in there i contacted Natasha, apologized and asked if I should send someone to clean it, but she refused the offer and told me it was fine. There might have bin some butter in the fridge but it was definitely not old butter. Why would someone clean a fridge and leave old butter in it?! "he also tried to get some extra money by modifying our departure day without any advance notice, and by pretending we had made coffee strains on a kitchen wall behind a trash can. Would not recommend." This part is infuriating, just plain cruel and obviously a lie. First, Airbnb does not allow to change the booking without the consent of the booker. She booked the flat and realized afterwards, that her daughter had to go to a hotel for a night, thats why she asked me to extend her stay for one night, which i did without a charge! Natasha clearly wants to cast a negativ light on me, because she don't want to pay for the damages she, her husband or daughter did to ma flat! About the coffee stains: Natashas daughter was the only person present when i came to the flat. I told her about the coffee stains and she recognized them. She even tried to rub them of with a sponge. I really don't know what to say i am deeply disappointed in Natashas way of handling this. I tried everything to make the trip of Natashas daughter a pleasure, offered lots of support (let 3 people (Natasha, her husband and her daughter) stay in the flat without extra charge, gave her some telephone numbers if she needed help with anything, gave her a huge discount of 30% and more), and all i get in return is a huge bill from the painter and her mean review...
