Located on Longboat Key just 8 miles from downtown Sarasota, this condo is situated between the Gulf Beaches to the west and Sarasota Bay to the east. Grab a beach towel and plan for a day of frolicking in the abundant sun and warm Gulf of Mexico surf on the stretch of sand near our condo. You could also take a short trip to St Armand’s Circle, shopping, and other city attractions.

With plenty of bay front charm in the Harbour Villa Club condo complex, this home invites you to relax fully into a great coastal getaway. Swim laps or lounge on recliners at the community pool, enjoy a meal or drink while taking in the gorgeous views from the condo’s private lanai. There’s plenty of room for you to spread out and relax on comfy couches, carpeted floors, and upholstered chairs. On warm, sunny days - and there’s more than a few! - explore Sarasota Bay by using a boat slip at Harbour Villa Club or renting a kayak.

RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR RENTERS AND GUESTS

Thank you for choosing Harbour Villa Club and we look forward to accommodating you during your stay.

All condos at Harbour Villa Club are privately owned. Please respect and care for the contents of each condo. Let management know if there is a maintenance issue or if a repair is needed as soon as possible. Management will make every effort possible to remedy the situation.

OCCUPANCY: No occupant shall make any use of a condo that violates any laws, ordinances or regulations. The condo is restricted to a maximum overnight occupancy of six persons, including infants and children.

PARKING: Each condo is assigned a parking space and is for one passenger vehicle only. Your parking pass should be placed on the dashboard and should be visible at all times. Please arrange for guest parking if more than one vehicle is on site. Please notify management of any guest boat trailers, RV's, commercial vehicles prior to their arrival.

PETS: NO pets are allowed.

SMOKING: No smoking inside condo or on patio. Smoking is only allowed 100 ft from the building.

SWIMMING POOL/ SPA: Pool and Spa hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Pool and spa rules are posted. NO lifeguards are present or on duty at any time. Please close umbrellas after each use.

TENNIS COURTS: Court hours are for 8:00 AM t0 10:00 PM. Light switch is by the east gate and is on a timer. Ask the office for a key.

GRILLS: Grills are at each end of the pool area. Grill hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please clean grill after each use. Turn off gas and lower grill top.

COMMON AREAS: Please leave all common areas clean. Do not reserve chairs or tables with towels or clothing if you are not present.

SANITATION/GARBAGE: Garbage rooms are at each end of the floors. Ground level garbage is open from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Please put all garbage and refuse in a bag and tie it.

OTHER: All condos and common areas are in close proximity to each other. Please keep volume down near the pool area and inside your condo.
Do not hang laundry and towels over your condo patio chairs or rails.
Do not use towels and linens provided as cleaning cloths.

Harbor Villa Club condos are spacious and located in a great, secluded spot that is still very easy to get to and located close to the best parts of Longboat Key. The proximity to the bay and view from the lanai and living room and master bedroom is terrific - unlike most other rentals on the island. Great heated pool and spa (and nicely landscaped) that are easily accessible to the unit. Parking was good - no garages but a shady car port is available. Will the host is on-site most days and is very reachable and responsive - a very good manager of the property. In years past, we've stayed elsewhere on the island at a property that unfortunately recently switched to a 14-day minimum stay requirement, but as it turns out we much prefer this property due to its pool amenities and proximity to the bay. Unit 308 where we stayed is rather worn in certain parts and dated in the decor and frankly could use some modest remodeling in the carpeting, light fixtures, and kitchen cabinets. But the unit was clean and provided us everything we needed. I would likely choose a different unit (with updated finishes) for a future stay if available, but would not hesitate to return to this property - a very good value and perfect for a family vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The complex is quiet and tucked away. The heated pool is great with views of the water and boats. The furniture in the apartment is a bit dated but it is spacious, comfortable and has a great view from the balcony. We stayed at a busy time of year so it was a bit more expensive than we would have liked and the longboat key traffic in each direction was slow each evening from about 4pm which often made it hard to go to restaurants for dinner. We solved that by using the on site grill. Will was fantastic, very accommodating and always happy to help when we needed something. We'd stay again, probably just at a quieter time of year!
