Just a few other pointers or important pieces of information:
Then usual thing about this property is is exceptional living space within easy reach of the centre of Inverness. Having two large reception rooms means that families and children can have different areas to entertain themselves! Also, it's lovely having a lot of garden and countryside around about that is totally private and not overlooked by any neighbours.
- The Morning Light Room: a large 9M conservatory on one side of the house, with wood burning State of the art Scandinavian stove.
- The Afternoon Light Room: a 10m x 4.5m room with wool carpets and an open fire, benefiting from soft evening light, perfect for a large group setting
- Two brand-new TVs in the Sunroom and big lounge.. Washer dryer with huge capacity and large dishwasher .
Please don't smoke!
Also, The front lounge has a brand new cream carpet and any spills - e.g., red wine, would likely result in having to replace the whole thing.
No parties allowed in the house, please.
Long term Hong Kong resident, I'm a physician who has a house full of health and mind body spirit books! I'm also an artist, so lots of sculptures and water colours around the house! Colour and beauty are important to me.
