I am appalled by this review. I maintained constant communication with Jenny before her check-in and after she arrived and all that she mentioned was a question about toiletries and toilet paper, and the garbage disposal. She wrote to me asking about the garbage disposal and I replied almost immediately saying I could have someone there within the hour and that if she needed to leave but still wanted us to look at the disposal to please leave the keys in the lockbox so that the plumber could go inside. By the way, our plumbers are licensed, insured, and bonded and everyone we have accommodated has had no problem with them going in and fixing something at the guests request. Her response to me having a plumber there within the hour was, "It's not urgent, since we're just washing a few dishes each day and not putting anything down the drain, just wanted to let you know. We'll just be careful." I'm not sure how my attempt could even be considered "half-hearted." This is truly unfortunate because had I known that Jenny was this dissatisfied with the room during her stay I could have done something to rectify this. We do our best to ensure all of our guests are happy and comfortable while staying with us when given the opportunity. I did everything I could for Jenny during her stay.
