I’ve read your review and I thank you for recognizing how great the location, thank you.
But I wanted to focus on the negative side that you commented, and that no one before you had ever seen, 'cause there's some things that maybe you have not checked well, though:
There is a gas stove in the apartment, the heater is electric, the gas is in the house,but despite of its absence we have a replacement that is in the kitchen (also electric) but you've told us when we are doing the check-in that you did not want to cook during your vacation because it was very short and I understand it.
For what you say of the photographs, before the photographer takes the picture we have to prepare the best and it is normal that after months, at check in it is almost impossible to present it in the furnishings as photography.
I'm sorry if you've found some hair, but it can happen that it remains one after vacuumed
While checking in we told you that for any problem you could call us and we would be there soon as we do with all our guests who have problems; we would come right away and we would really like to help you feel good but getting a review like yours, which, unfortunately, could put at risk the many sacrifices we make to become perfect.
For the cleaning fee it is not included in the final cleaning and is one of our house rules and has to be respected, because not all clients are tidy and respect the rules. For this reason only this way we can maintain the cleanliness of the apartment.
