I’m unhappy and cross at your behaviour during your stay.
I consider the price/quality ratio of your room to be correct.
Your disputative ways made me feel quite uncomfortable.
I consider myself a generous host, however I do not tolerate when people exploit my kindness
I’m wondering how it can be, that you had trouble turning on the coffee machine and figuring out how to turn on the lights in your room, such that you needed to ask me or the other guests for help, but then you were able to turn on the sauna all by yourselves!!! even though you were told at your arrival to ask me personally in case you wanted to use the sauna.
When I asked you to pay for the unauthorized use of the sauna, you tried several times to hide behind an inexistent house rule, which supposedly would have said the use of the sauna is free of charge.
It was uncomfortable to remind multiple times of your due payment (for the use of the sauna), and you should have been forthcoming and understanding by settling the bill after I told you the first time.
You should be able to understand that shared bath and shower products might be found in the shower, and not where other guests’ store their items. If there are no bath & shower products in the shower, it means there are none, so do not assume the property of the other guests is at your disposal.
I was ready to prepare your lactose-free breakfast as you asked for it without any additional charges
You are kindly reminded that you were not staying at a hotel, where you can demand a full service. The Loft is conceived in the spirit of bed and breakfast with a rented room and a shared bathroom.
Thanks for taking note of this and to understand and to potentially embrace a bit more the B’n’B philosophy.
If you are allergic to lactose, then please note that I am allergic to disingenuous people.
