The master bedroom has a King Bed and en suite. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and just off the hallway is a 2nd full bathroom. Enjoy preparing your island meals in the recently renovated kitchen stocked with everything you need. The living area is comfortable and has a flat screen TV. Enjoy dining indoors or outdoors either way you can enjoy a nearly ocean front view! On a high surf day, you will see the waves crashing against the lava rocks, the cool foam sprinkling down upon the swimmers lazing in the sunny pool. In the summer, you can see the sunset right from your own lanai, as you relax with a mai-tai or your favorite beverage.
Sea Village, an environmentally-respecting development of four buildings (none higher than 3 stories) surrounding a lovely grassy garden courtyard, with gas barbeque grills and picnic tables adjoining the pool. Many repeat guests and a high percentage of owners using their residences create a feeling of community, enhanced by the caring and attentive staff who are quick to resolve any concerns in the most practical and timely (and friendly) way.
There is a 3 Night Minimum Stay/10 during Christmas & Ironman.

During Main Construction Period (9/11 to 9/25 - actual date TBD): Replacement of Other Sewer Pipes (not anticipated but may be needed)/Significant Disruption. Water an Sewer to affected building(s) will be shut down during pipe replacement. Duration TBD.
9/21 to 9/25: Repair an resealing or parking areas./Significant Disruption - No Parking Onsite; Access to units will be affected.
Guests have access to the entire condo unit. The guests also have access to the complex pools, Complex BBQs and amenities.

Our office is open 7 days a week and you have free access to Kona Concierge as part of your reservation. Traditionally, there is no interaction unless you request it or have an issue and Kona Coast Vacations (on island company) is only a phone call away.

We are thankful to Hawaii and its peoples for allowing us to work and play on this great island.
Kona Coast Vacations manages over 195 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of Hawaii Island (same name as the State). There are numerous islands that make up the State, with most of the population residing on Oahu (Honolulu), Maui, Kauai and Hawaii Island.
We are located om the Kona Coast of Hawaii Island, right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area (about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc.
Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP.
We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners. We offer a concierge service, we have maps and recommendations on our web site and are here to answer your questions.
