The master bedroom has a Cal King and two large closets and LCD TV with a full shower/tub in the master bathroom. The front bedroom has a Queen sized bed and good closet space. The 3rd bedroom is made from a den next to the living room with sliding doors for privacy and a double sleeper. The location of these oceanfront condos rivals the best of Kauai thanks to convenience and access to dining, shopping, and activities. Waipouli Town Center is just steps away with Foodland,Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, great Indian food (the buffet is on Wednesday night). Right across the street you’ll find Kauai Village Center with Safeway, Starbucks, Papaya’s (Kauai’s largest health food and organic produce source) and 9th Island Bar and Grill (great sports bar with some of the best burgers) and more. Historic Kapaa, with its quaint neighborhood culture and eclectic eateries is no more than five minutes down the road. Lihue, the commercial center of the island,(where you find Costco,Walmart, K-Mart, Macy’s and more) is a 15 minute trip south and a great place to spend a day of shopping and sightseeing with an evening tee-time to top it all off.
No smoking is allowed in this unit or within 150 ft. of the building. Barbecue and grilling must be done in the designated outdoor grilling area. Be mindful of running as there are neighbors below you. The unit has a reserved parking spot and a parking pass will be provided.
Our home is in Madison, Wisconsin and we both grew up in southern Wisconsin. We have two sons, one of whom is shown here on a break from hiking the Sleeping Giant Trail in Kapaa, just minutes away from our condo. As owners of a small business, we make it a priority to put our customers and staff first. With this as our priority, we look forward to sharing our condo with our staff as well as other families who can benefit from this place as much as we do! Our goal is to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.
We first traveled to Kauai on our honeymoon in 1992 and absolutely loved the Garden Island. Since then, we get away to a warmer climate when we can and Kauai has been our favorite place to visit. In 2015 we decided that the Kauai Kailani complex was worth investing in for us, our staff and new friends we'll make along this journey together. It has now become a home away from home, where we will welcome all who would like to stay and get away.
