Thanks for your review, and its absolute lack of truth. You were angry and insulting that I asked you to pay for the extra bedroom you requested to use. It took you 3 days and the intervention of AirBnB to make the payment. It's unfortunate that you carried your anger into a total fabrication about the cleanliness of our apt, its value, location, the accuracy of our listing, and our communication with you. When I called to check on you, everything was great until I asked you about the payment. Then suddenly, "the apt was cold". When I offered to be there in minutes to check it for you, you're "going out and would not be there". When I got there the apt, as always in the winter, was super hot. You made no other complaints. After a few years in this business you're not the first vengeful guest I have encountered. Just remember the truth always wins. The majority of guests are honest human beings, would see through your fabrications and discover the truth about our apartment and our business model.
We offer great service at great prices and its only deserving that we get paid for it accordingly. As your young life grows may you find that vengeance is not a solution, that dedicated service is to be appreciated and paid for as priced, and that the truth wins in the end. May God Bless You!
