You'll feel like you're in the Hawaii as you step into this large home on 1/4-acre. A short walk and you'll be at the beach! In-suite bed with queen bed, private bath, desk, and love seat/TV. We are able to accommodate up to 4 guests with our other in-suite room titled South Pacific Tropical Oasis.
This is a south-facing, 2nd-story bedroom with a southerly view of our large backyard. The room was a new addition about 7 years ago. The bedroom is good-sized at about 15' x 18', and has a beautiful A-frame wood-beamed ceiling covered in tropical bak bak mat with a beautiful, tropical ceiling fan. The room is very private and warm, and you will have a queen-size bed, private bathroom with beautiful travertine tile, large hardwood desk, and a lounging area with a sofa and TV.
You will have access to all public areas in our house, and you are welcome to use our kitchen if you would like to buy food and cook.
Guests are welcome in our home. My husband and I work out of our home. We are very happy to interact if you would like to, but happy to give you absolute privacy if you would like as well. My husband and/or I will orient you to the house, and we're available to answer any questions.
I typically set out fresh-baked blueberry or raspberry muffins or banana nut bread for you to enjoy with a gourmet coffee, latte, or cappuccino (Nespresso machine) in the morning, or I buy baked goods locally.
Please be respectful of our neighbors and our limited parking. Park in our driveway on the far right side. If parking is not available there, please park along the fence on your right just before our house.
Also, we have two friendly dogs, Spencer and Millie, who enjoy attention. It is IMPORTANT not to leave food laying around on tables or in backpacks, purses, etc., that the dogs can reach. They love food and might eat it!
No children under 18 please.
Our house AND outdoor areas are non-smoking and drug-free. Alcohol in moderation is fine. No children under 18 please.

I love the outdoors and enjoy a walk on the beach, bike riding, beach volleyball, hiking, and gardening. I also enjoy good food, coffee, and craft beer. I have been fortunate to have traveled throughout the South Pacific and in New Zealand, Australia, Chile, Italy, and France. And I too have stayed at Airbnb places during my travels!
