Upon entering this single storey property, you will find yourself in the bright open-plan lounge/kitchen diner with a door leading to the outside. Curl upon the comfy sofas and watch your favourite film on the TV/DVD, enjoy a romantic meal for two in the kitchen with oil fired Rayburn, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Head further into the property to the lovely double bedroom with vanity area and an en-suite bathroom with shower bath and WC.
Heading outside enjoy a small, enclosed area with garden furniture perfect for dining alfresco on those warm summer evenings. There is access to seven acres of grounds with two lakes stocked with carp, you are welcome to fish at part of the river, named Netherbridge Court. There is also a paddock with sheep next to this, to immerse you into the countryside way of living. Shared access to the games room/utility area with use of freezers, tumble dryer, football table and darts board. There is off-road parking for two cars and a Pod Point Electric Vehicle charge facility.
