Nice room overlooking garden on a quiet cul-de-sac, 2 mins from the park, plenty of walks and the delights of Chapel Allerton with it's restaurants and quirky shops. I have a cat that likes sitting on laps. I live with one other person, female. I value my own and others' personal space but it might be nice to share the odd cuppa. There is a large back garden plus a front garden with patio where you can sit during the summer and watch the world. I play the piano.
Please be considerate around noise, particularly between 10pm and 9am.
