Located in the center of Sandwich Village and a half mile walk to the beach. With shops, restaurants and pubs steps away, you're ideally located to explore the oldest town in Cape Cod. Sandwich is just one hour from both Boston and Provincetown, and only 30 minutes to the Martha's Vineyard/Nantucket ferries.
Antique house, modern technology. This side-by-side duplex has full amenities including cable TV & Wi-Fi, Apple TV w/ Netflix, a dishwasher, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a kid's loft with a Wii. The first floor features a kitchen, dining room, a large family room, a bathroom, and a bedroom. The second floor has two large bedrooms and a full bathroom. The third floor is a lofted attic with two twin beds, and plenty of space for blow-up beds, perfect for kids.
This unit has two private entrances, a driveway (on-street parking is plentiful on this quiet, one-way street), a private backyard with a furnished patio, a gas grill, and plenty of space to make your own.
Because our home is in the village, and because you will have neighbors close by, we request that you respect a 10pm quiet time.
Guests will have access to the driveway, private front and back doors, and patio and back yard. Free off-street parking is plentiful.
You will have access to the house via keypad entry. We change the code for every guest. We may not be there when you arrive, but will be happy to meet you during your stay. And, of course, we are easily accessible (phone, text, email) for any questions.
The second floor bathroom has a bathtub and a kid-sized shower.
Cats and dogs are allowed, but they are not allowed on the furniture. Dog beds are required for all dogs... no matter how cute.
The weekly and monthly discounts do not apply between June 1 and September 30.

Steve works for a homelessness prevention organization in Boston. He grew up in the Boston area and spent summers and weekends year-round at his family's home in Sandwich. He also spent several years spending lots of time mid-Cape, so he knows the area very well, and is excited to share it with others.
Todd is a landscape architect originally from Chicago. He moved to Boston for work in 2011 and found himself spending a lot of time on Cape Cod, particularly Sandwich. He considers himself lucky enough to build some incredible memories here, and would like to make it possible for others to do the same.
Our mission is to provide an affordable accommodation at our home so that families and friends can build memories in Sandwich Village, its famous boardwalk and beaches, and the rest of Cape Cod, just as we are.
