Entire apartment is all yours, as well as access to the numbered common area parking and Laundry room located at the back of the building, (coin operated dryer). A pocket WIFI service is provided in the apartment. The guest is responsible for purchasing the data packages of their choice online via Vodafone upon arrival. Packages range from $10-$60.
We have little interaction with guests after they are checked in, but we do like to meet our guests if possible, so when we can we do drop by or phone you to say hi and help to ensure you are happy ;-).
Key Access is on site, so you never have to be stuck waiting for someone to let you in, but if you do have any issues at all, we are available between 6am-12am via phone for any emergencies that may arise.
The starter amenities packs are there to assist in your arrival process, however these items are not replenished during your stay. For extended stays you may need to purchase more of these items, such as toilet paper and milk.
(a) Guests and Visitors must not create noise which is offensive to occupiers of neighbouring properties especially between 10pm-8am and during arrival and departure at any time throughout the occupancy.
(b) Offensive noise is prohibited and may result in termination of permission to occupy the Property, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges for security and other expenses which may be deducted from Security Deposit or Bond; and
(c) Guests and Visitors must not engage in anti-social behaviour and must minimise their impact on the residential amenity of neighbours and the local community.
