47 sq meter (~505 sq feet) apartment, 1 bedroom w/ queen bed, 1 bathroom adjacent to the bedroom w/ hot/cold water, 1 living room w/ single size day bed which can be converted into a bed for a third person. Fully serviced, fully equipped kitchenette.
1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bathroom with hot water shower adjacent to bedroom, 1 living room/dining-kitchenette, office corner, closet. Private front garden. The unit is within a small size boutique hotel with all the amenities (pool, restaurant); but the unit is independently owned and managed.
The whole downstairs apartment; ~500 sq ft (47sq m).
When my unit is rented, that means I'm NOT in Ubud; I would be in Arizona, USA. However, my wonderful staff will take care of you and the apartment. I have 1 gardener, 1 house cleaning lady, both work 6 days a week from 8 - 12. I also appointed 1 on-call property manager to answer questions that might come up that can't be answered by my daily staff.
1). I like travelers who can appreciate the space they stay at. I do not want any irresponsible or disrespectful travelers in my property. I believe that everything works both ways; things will be nice and smooth if both parties (renter and tenant) respect each other. I also appreciate that you please treat our staff nice! I love my staff dearly, they are like family members, so again, please respect them! All in all, enjoy your stay!
2). After a booking is confirmed, I will send you the staffs phone number.
3). As a mandatory guest registration procedure, please bring with you copy(s) of your passport(s) (each person in your groups). My staff will collect them from you and submit them at the local authority. If you don't bring the copies, then you have to let our staff borrow your passport to make the copies at the nearby copy center.
4). All in all, enjoy your stay, enjoy Ubud, enjoy Bali! :)

In a long paragraph: I like travelers who can appreciate the space they stay at. I do not want any irresponsible travelers in my property. I believe that things will be nice and smooth if both parties (renter and tenant) respect each other. Being in a foreign country can make people act weird; please remind yourself to go back to the "respectful" principle. I appreciate that you please treat my staff nice. I love my staff dearly, they are like family members to me, so please respect them. My house keeping lady is a super nice lady. All in all, be happy and enjoy your stay! Also, please observe my strict cancellation policy. I don't do refunds. If you are concerned about slight possibility in cancellation, I strongly recommend you to take a travel insurance that covers this.
Another thing: upon booking, I will give you directions to the condo. I also offer an airport transfer (meet and greet) for $39 one way; it's optional. If you don't take it it's fine but you must tell us your expected arrival time in Ubud (me or directly to my staff if you have a cellphone which can do international texts; otherwise through me is great too as I contact her all the time). Ubud is a 2 hour drive from the airport. This has to be done after booking or about 2 days prior to check in. This is required because we don't have a 24-hr lobby and our staff does not work around the clock so please do this so that our staff can wait for you at the appropriate time to hand over the key and check you in. Earliest check in is 2 pm. Latest check out is 11 am.
