An extremely modern condo with all the comforts of home! You will enjoy 2 flat screen TV's, DirecTV programming, surround sound, a full size washer/dryer, all appliances, Keurig coffee machine, pots/pans, bakeware, glassware, and kitchen utensils.
This condo is very modern, offering many onsite activities and an amazing, resort style, pool view! Enjoy the DirecTV experience with HK surround sound and relax on a huge, comfortable, couch. If you need a snack, or full dinner you can walk across the street to many retailers, including; Starbucks, Denny's, McDonald's, The Catch, Zov's Mediterranean, and The Flame Broiler, or go grocery shopping and prepare your very own meals! I have all the cookware necessary! Setup perfectly for an extended corporate/business rental.
You can enjoy the, huge, resort style pool, relax in the spa or sauna, visit the "always open" on-site fitness center and even take advantage of the pool table in the community game room!
Parking is very private and regulated. You will be given an assigned parking spot upon arrival for your exclusive use.
This building is non-smoking. No smoking in unit, on the balcony, or common areas, this will generate resident complaints and result in an eviction and loss of rental fee’s collected. However, if you must smoke you can do so on Katella Ave. Exit front door, turn left and exit down the first stairwell door on right to the main street. Take the key fob in order to re-enter building from the main street.
The pool/spa/gym can be accessed from the same stairwell exit, but instead of exiting straight out to the main street, turn left at bottom of stairs, exit through first door, make a quick left and use the key fob to enter through the next door. You will see the game room and pool areas on the right side. Pool towels are in closet near front door.
Upon checkout, please return the key fob and parking transponder to counter after moving your vehicle down to guest parking. If you need a pass to exit the parking structures “guest” entrance after returning the transponder, please take a pass out of the drawer near/under the coffee maker.
Please leave any dirty towels/bedding/laundry in a pile near the washer and dryer so the cleaning service can take care of it.
Keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm (especially, on the patio). Basically, the common sense stuff, ya’ll get it, right?
Please do not eat food on the couch in living room and, instead, use the pub top table for meals, and enjoy your stay!
Please always remember this is our home and treat it as if it were your very own. I appreciate you and your guests/family respecting our personal belongings and should anything get accidentally broken or destroyed, please let us know ahead of time so we can replace. We are easy people to work with. Lastly, we certainly want to re-emphasize this is a non-smoking building.

Hi Everyone! I am a huge Angels baseball and Anaheim Ducks fan, love warm, sunny, weather, visiting Disneyland and taking quick drives to the beach. Also, I enjoy camping, going off-roading in trucks, riding dirt bikes, and seeing live bands. Nobody ever guesses I work in the IT field! Anyway, I'm anxious to offer my entire place, a one bedroom, one bathroom with two queen beds (one is a memory foam sofa pull-out) to travelers/visitors eager to experience everything Anaheim has to offer!
