A large one bedroom in the heart of Russian Hill with all of the niceties of a modern apt. A 95 walking score means you are steps from... amazing restaurants, Lombard St, cable car, Fisherman's Wharf, shopping & easy public transportation.
My place is a large one bedroom in the heart of Russian Hill. I'm on the top floor and face away from the street so the unit is incredibly quiet.
The bedroom is very large with a queen sized bed and plenty of closet space. Open floor plan with connecting dinning and living space that includes a great table, 60" TV, cable + NetFlix, WIFI, message chair and one full size couch capable of sleeping one extra guest (not foldout)
The kitchen provides lots of room to create meals equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker. And there is a nicely designed one bathroom with shower.
You are renting the entire apartment for use.
I stay across the street at a friends house when guests rent my apartment, and am available to help with questions or navigating the city.
There is an air mattress available upon request to allow for a total of four guests.
A parking space can also be made available upon request (additional charge)
Please be respectful of all the items in the house as I live here full-time. I am a super easy going person, and the rules are like any others you'd expect at a house:
- Please place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher
- Please place mixed recycling in the bags next to the trash
- No ordering of any on-demand movies via cable as they cost money
- No parties or loud noise
- No borrowing of any clothes or shoes
- No more than four guests allowed in the apartment

I’ve lived in SF for 3years in the Nob Hill area, and just love the Bay. Since moving to the area I’ve worked as a marketing manager at Intuit on the QuickBooks, Mint and Quicken brands. Prior to that I spent 10 years at a company named W.L. Gore where I was the global, snowsports category manager for the GORE-TEX® and WINDSTOPPER® brands. I love coaching and developing people, and while at Gore one of my favorite projects was driving the development of the US Snowboarding teams 2010 Olympic uniforms.
Outside of work I enjoy just about everything outdoors. I am an avid soccer player, and also enjoy hiking, running and exploring new areas of the city. I’m originally from central PA, and while rooting for SF teams is fun my true loyalty lies with all things Philadelphia
