If available, arrangements can be made for earlier check in or late checkout with prior approval from host.
All drivers full names MUST be given before check in, in order to receive access in to the resort and get a parking pass.
We are "hands off" hosts. Meaning, we will not be calling, texting or interrupting you during your stay. If you have and emergency, there are phone numbers provided for you in the Guest Guide in the unit. Of course, feel free to text or call during acceptable hours if any problems arise that we are able to help with. Keep in mind that we are over an hour away and not near the property. There are some brochures for you in the unit for some activities, maps, etc. We suggest that you stop by the visitor's center in Palm Springs or visit the city website for recreational ideas, recommendations, etc. We don't live in the city, so we aren't able to give many recommendations...But we do offer you a great place to stay! =)
No parties, loud music or drugs. Strictly enforced. Any evidence of such activities will result in early removal from the property with no refund. This is a VERY quiet location so please be respectful.
**No more than 8 guests may stay in the room per Cathedral City vacation rental ordinance and HOA rules. The amount of guests staying in the unit (whether or not they are staying 1 or more nights) needs to be included in the inquiry and approved before booking. There is a $10 per extra person charge per night over 6 guests. If it is verified by management, neighbors or security that more than 8 guests resided in the unit, or that their are ore guests than agreed upon residing in the unit, the security deposit will be forfeited and you will be asked to leave the property by security.
*NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE CONDO: If there is any evidence of smoking in the unit, including odor, the there will be a minimum $250 cleaning fee for odor removal taken from the security deposit. You may smoke on the patio with all windows and doors closed. Please dispose of ashes and cigarette buts in an ashtray and please discard in the dumpster out front.
A small dog under 25 lbs. will be considered before booking. Please ask and we can discuss it. Pet deposit of $250 will be added to the price of your reservation by an "adjustment" if the dog is approved.
Phone with FREE calls to U.S., Canada and Mexico, internet, Wi-Fi and cable TV are included in your stay for a minimal fee of $2. This is included in the nightly price. Any other long distance charges will be taken out of the Security Deposit. Hopefully you won't be calling Zimbabwe... =)
All stays have an electricity allowance of $5 per day. This price reflects average usage. This is already included in the cleaning fee price. Any overage will be deducted from the security deposit after check out.
Please feel free to use any of the toiletries, remedies, etc. But, please do not take any with you.
Please leave the unit in the condition that you found it in. Including clean dishes, items where they belong, no moved furniture, all trash and items taken with you, etc.
Empty all trash cans and place in the dumpster outside.
Dispose of all food items brought upon checking out.
Clean all used dishes, glasses, flatware, pot and pans and let them dry in the dish drainer or put the dishwasher and run the dishwasher.
Place only USED towels, sheets, and pillow cases in the laundry basket in the master closet.
Please DO NOT place comforters, mattress covers, blankets, pillows, shams, throw blankets in the laundry basket. If you could, we ask that you neatly fold them and leave them on the beds that they were originally on.
LADIES: PLEASE DO NOT USE WASH CLOTHS OR TOWELS TO REMOVE MAKEUP, MASCARA, LIPSTICK, ETC. We use nice towels and it is expensive to replace them. (I'm sorry, but makeup stained or bleached sheets, wash cloths or towels that are not removable in the wash will result in a replacement charge and will be taken out of the damage deposit.)
Likewise, please do not use ACNE or BENZOIL PEROXIDE products with our towels. Same policy applies as per make up.
Turn off Air Conditioner/Heater upon leaving for the day and at check out. (Please refer to electricity allowance) Lock patio sliders and place wood sticks in the tracks.
Turn off all lights upon check out. If checking out in the evening, please leave the porch light on.
Please put keys back in the lock box at check out. Lost keys will result in a $50 lost key fee (per set). There are 2 sets in the lock box for multiple guests use.
We prefer no food in the bedrooms, please. :)
• Reservation requests of 28 days and over will require a returned, signed standard rental agreement. You will be emailed a copy of the rental agreement for you to return within 7 days of booking.
• There are no refunds once rental period has commenced.

Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a 50% refund. Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

I am self employed. I manage our family condo and I also manage one for a family friend. My husband is a car designer and works in the film industry. We love the arts, movies, plays, music, the outdoors, traveling and staying in just the same. We are a happy family and love meeting new people.
