Our house is a real gem of calm in Chaville. Indeed its exceptional quality lies in the fact that we are in a quiet area and close to the forest. The house is 140 square meters and its garden 400 square meters. Ideal for a family. Children’s toys and books remain available to our guests against good care.

The house is composed of a large living room with library. On the garden level you will find the kitchen and the dining room (with two Stokke chairs for baby or child).

Upstairs are 4 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with double bed (bed 160cm/ 200cm) and its ensuite bathroom with Italian shower.

The floor is composed of a space with 3 children bedrooms. Two bedrooms with beds of 80cm by 200cm and the third bedroom for a baby (with an armchair and changing table). Finally, a bathroom with bath, sink and toilet is present on this floor.

The fenced garden of 400 square meters has a terrace with a table for lunch/ dinner outside (for 12 people), a large parasol, an electric plancha and a children’s hut. We leave at your disposal two deckchairs to fully enjoy the orchard (fig, apple, plum, peach & cherry) and the vegetable garden in which you can serve yourself during your stay.

Its location is ideal for those who wish to visit Paris and Versailles.

Paris is accessible via 2 RER from the stations Chaville Rive Droite or Chaville Rive Gauche (10 minutes on foot and then 20 minutes of transport to be in the center of Paris).

Finally, for Versailles, buses run regularly and take you directly to the Palace of Versailles.

To do on foot, is the pond of Corot; a wonder of calm and nature. Cross the forest and have a tea at the hotel facing the ponds or picnic to find the charm of yesteryear of these landscapes that seem frozen in time.

Athletes will also be delighted by the woods in which you can freely indulge in running.

Finally, concerning the keys of the house, the delivery of the keys takes place in person.
