The property amenities include a heated, outdoor pool, a fitness center, a jacuzzi, a game room, kids activity center, and family activities planned throughout your stay. Our proximity to the top Colorado ski trails at Peak 9 makes hitting the slopes easy during the winter. Nearby you can find many hiking, biking, and jogging trails to explore the great outdoors as well. During the warmer months you can find activities such as whitewater rafting, Golf, kayaking, and fly fishing close to the property, making this a year-round adventure spot.

Enjoy the onsite amenities such as an outdoor pool or relax in a whirlpool jacuzzi. You can also keep up with your fitness routine at the well-equipped fitness center. There is a game room and activity center for the kids, which features video games and kid activities. The resort is also close to the Alpine Slide on Peak 8, the Stephen C Ice Rink, and the Carter Park & Pavilion.

This spacious one bedroom, two bath condo features a king bed in the bedroom and two sleeper sofas in the living room. Both bathrooms consist of a vanity and combination shower/tub. The separate living and dining room has a large TV with premium cable and movie channels, along with a DVD player. Attached is a small patio/balcony. The condo features a full kitchen for all your home cookin' needs (Full Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Dishes, Cookware, and Utensils).

Villas rely on the breezes of the Colorado Rockies, and do not have air conditioning. Central heat is provided.
