This gorgeous 8 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom lodge sleeps 19 and is 300 feet from our own sandy beach on Tupper Lake. Minutes from skiing, snowshoeing, swimming, boating, hiking, fishing, ice-skating, x-country skiing, snowmobiling, and more!

This gorgeous 8 bedroom (and a queen size sleeper sofa in the game room), 4 bathroom lodge sleeps 19 and is 300 feet from our own sandy beach on Tupper Lake which features a large fire pit, a grill and a large lean-to. This lodge has all of the comforts one would want in a vacation: a gourmet kitchen, jacuzzi, radiant heated floors throughout, a home theater, a large great room with a wood-burning fireplace, a sun room, an exercise room, a game room, a children's play room, very spacious, comfortable bedrooms, an expansive deck with another grill offering amazing views of Tupper Lake and the mountains.

On the lake, one can enjoy paddling, water skiing, fishing and ice skating. Renters have full access to our (2) canoes and (2) kayaks. For rental of more non-motorized boats, Racquette River outfitters is located at 1754 State Rt 30 (tel no (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) miles from the house. One can rent a motorized boat at Long Lake Marina at 1211 NY 30, a 17 mile drive from the house(tel no (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)). The Public boat launch is 2.1 miles from the house and one can dock a boat overnight on our very large dock.

There are cross-country skiing trails in and around Tupper Lake (URL HIDDEN) however you will need to provide your own skis.

The closest downhill skiing is available at Mt. Pisgah in Saranac Lake (URL HIDDEN) they are located 37 minutes from our lodge. They have lessons available, as well as tubing. There is a lodge but there are no rentals available.

A bit further out is Titus Mountain (URL HIDDEN) , they are located 1 hr 6min from our lodge. They offer ski rentals, dining, and are a full service ski area.

Travelers have access to Main House and Lean-to on the beach. Access to other outbuildings is not permitted.

Travelers will be provided bed linens and one set of towels per traveler. Other towels for the beach are not provided by us and should be brought by the traveler. Although we have a "strict" cancellation fee, we require 30 day cancellation notice for a full refund.

RENTAL RULES FOR OUR HOME

MINIMUM AGE OF GUESTS UNLESS WITH A FAMILY IS 25 YEARS OF AGE

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL A RESERVATION IF WE ARE NOT COMFORTABLE WITH THE BEHAVIOR OF THE GUEST(S).
1.Smoking is NOT allowed.
2.Check-in is 3pm and Check-out is 10 am.
3.People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight on the property. Any other person in the property who is visiting is the sole responsibility of Guest. No camping or use of an RV is allowed on the property.
4.Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5.Only use appliances for their intended uses. Please follow all entertainment center instructions. Please do not alter any configuration of the wiring in any of the entertainment centers (this includes plugging in video games and alternative media), which will cause the system to not function. Failure to follow this rule will result in a $150 deduction from your security deposit.
6.Please do not move furniture from the room you find it in. Damage to the floors or furniture will be deducted from your security deposit. Please leave the game room tidy with all game pieces back in their correct game. Please leave all doors locked and bolted and windows closed when leaving the house. Please do not leave air conditioners on when people are not in the house.
7.Pets are NOT allowed.
8.Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the house, you must bring your own beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house for beach use. Bath towels cannot be used for the hot tub. Doing so will result in a deduction from your security deposit. Hot tub towels cannot be placed wet on furniture, but should be hung on the hooks in the mud room after use.
9.Hot Tub and Jacuzzi: No children under the age of 12 are permitted in hot tubs or jacuzzi without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival; therefore, it may not be warm until later that evening. DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons; they will break and you may be charged for replacement. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on and buckled to 4 clasps provided, so hot tub will stay warm.
10.Fireplace: We provide one Duraflame log and some wood logs for your use. You can purchase firewood or more Duraflame logs at the local hardware store. Please extinguish fireplace prior to leaving it unattended. Do not use water or liquids to do this.
11.Fire-pit and outside grills: You may use the outdoor fire-pit, grill by the lean-to, and grill on the deck at your own risk. You must provide your own charcoal for the grill. Do not leave fires or grills unattended, and extinguish fire/coals completely prior to leaving unattended. Do not use water or liquids to do this. You must clean the charcoal grill after using by exercising proper disposal of ashes and cleaning the food preparation surface.
12.Water and Septic: The house is on a well and septic systems. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER. If it is found that any products other than toilet paper have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged to repair damages.
13.Storms: No refunds will be given for cancelations due to storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Gravel driveways are well maintained; however, we highly recommend four wheel drive and/or chains during the snow months. We do not refund for cancelations caused by road conditions.
14.Noise: Please be courteous to our neighbors. No noise after 9pm.
15. Outbuildings: please do not use the outbuildings except for the garbage shed.
16.Lawn: do not be alarmed if you see workers in the yard. Our caretakers do lawn work on Wednesday.
17.Trash: Please put all trash in garbage bags and put in the small wood shed to the right of the garage. There have been occasional visiting bears so make sure that you lock the shed door at all hours.
18.Cleaning: Although we have a cleaning service come after you leave, we ask guests to please remove all garbage, dispose of prepared food, empty all prepared items from the refrigerator and tidy up before you leave. Please leave used linens at the foot of the bed that was used, turn off all appliances and lighting in and outside the house when departing.
19.Popcorn Machine: Please do not attempt to use the popcorn machine in the movie room, as it is nonoperational. There is an air popper in the pantry closet that you are welcome to use.
20.Pantry: there is food in the pantry that you are welcome to use, provided you replace in kind what you use, especially alcohol. Two rolls of toilet paper are provided for each bathroom. Two rolls of paper towels are provided. Please bring your own paper products if you anticipate using more.
21.Damage: Any damage incurred to or items missing from the house and or property will be assessed on a case by case basis with the guest responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement.
22.Boats and Fishing: You are welcome to use our kayaks and canoes while renting. Any individual in a boat must wear a life vest at all times. A license is required to fish and can be obtained at the Town office ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)) or Fortune's Hardware ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)). You must return paddles to the lean-to corner and boats to their stands, drained and upside down. You may use life vests that are in the mud room closet and lean-to; please return vests where you found them. If you rent a motorized boat, you cannot launch it from our property. The public boat launch is 2.1 miles north on route 30 from the house. You may dock it at our dock overnight. Owner is not responsible for any damage to any marine craft that you dock at or bring to our property.
23.Access: Guests shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.

Ethan and Huda's place is simply beautiful. Our extended family of fur generations celebrated our son's college graduation, and everybody from age 1 to 86 was incredibly relaxed and comfortable in this lovely home.

The lakefront house is the perfect combination of comfort and luxury! We had a wonderfully relaxing time with family and friends. The pantry and kitchen were extremely well stocked. All of the appliances were new and top quality. Ethan and Huda were extraordinarily helpful and responsive. They went above and beyond when answering questions and providing tips on local activities.

My family and I absolutely loved the Tupper Lake house!! It was beautiful, clean, cozy, spacious and overall comfortable. The main area (kitchen, living room, dining room) was a great open space for a large group to hang out together. The house also provided other great hang out spaces (gym, movie theater room, sun room & game room). I was also REALLY thankful for their playroom as my 2 year old son loved it! They even had a child gate that we used on the stairs. The lake view was also very beautiful! The owners were super responsive, friendly, and provided a lot of detail regarding the house rules as well as step by step directions on how to use tv's, hot tub, etc. The Tupper Lake town is also very quaint. We visited the wildlife center, the antique store and observatory. All worth checking out. I would without a doubt recommend staying at this house.

Huda was my main point of contact prior to my arrival and she did a phenomenal job of informing me of how to prepare for my stay, how to find the house, and what amenities they provide. The house is gorgeous and the property is beautiful. The home is rested on a hill over looking the lake. During our stay my guests and I enjoyed a wonderful time on the lake, relaxing in the lean to, and just spending time relaxing.

We love the outdoors and nature and the Adirondacks fits in with our work hard/play hard qualities. For us, The Adirondacks are a playground for enjoying water, downhill or cross country skiing, snow shoeing, hiking and swimming and boating. It is truly our favorite place in the world.
