Situated in a Regency listed building, this comfortable room with its private en-suite toilet is ideal for those who would like to stay in a central location with easy access to the beach, shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants in both Brighton and Hove.

This is a busy family home, with a teenager and a five year old, and we always enjoy having friends and family come to stay. My aim is to provide all my guests with a clean, comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay in a fantastic location, to use as a base to explore the wonderful and exciting Brighton (and Hove, actually).
Our flat constitutes the entire basement level of a Regency grade 2 listed building. Considered by many one of the nicest roads in Brighton & Hove, our beautiful residential street leads straight down to Hove Lawns and the beach.
Make yourself at home! While we tend to occupy the open plan living/dining/kitchen area pretty much all day, you're welcome to come in, make yourself a cup of tea/coffee and store a few things in the fridge.
While the room has its en-suite toilet, you can use the family bathroom for having a shower/bath - you're welcome to borrow shampoo, shower gel etc. (saves you the trouble of having to pack it all).
I have a pretty relaxed and friendly attitude, and I am always happy to give as much information as I can to guests about local amenities, transport, and places to visit and eat according to tastes and interests.
We are normally around in the flat, and if we're out, we'll be available by phone.
We are very short of storage space so I'm afraid you won't really be able to unpack properly. You can place some of your toiletries on the shelf in the en-suite toilet.
All towels and bed linen are provided.
PLEASE NOTE: For the time being our room is not suitable for light sleepers because of the pigeon problem at the back of our building (after a quiet winter, they're back with a vengenance!). We hope to resolve this issue once and for all this summer (2016) with the removal of the fire escape but, in the meantime, we advise light sleepers to bring ear plugs!

My family and I live in the fabulous city of Brighton & Hove, UK but we try to spend as much time in our holiday home in Montenegro as our work and children's school allow us!
Our family holiday home was built by my grandparents in early 1970s and I've spent many a happy summer there, as a child and now with my own family. Over the recent years my father and I have completed the extensive refurbishment of the house and we wanted to share the beauty of our lovely holiday home and the stunning Boka Kotorska bay with others. I have been renting this house in Montenegro since 2006 and I had the pleasure to accommodate many nice families, some of whom fell in love with the place and became regular visitors.
We have recently started renting a room in our lovely flat situated in a Regency road right in the heart of Brighton & Hove. We hope to welcome many guests and help them explore this wonderful city by the sea, directing them to our favourite cafes, restaurants, pubs, clubs and event venues.
