RULES:

1. NO SMOKING !
Smoking is allowed outside only. We will charge for extra cleanings if there is bad smell in the unit after the check out, in particular for the linens and the towels.

2. People other than those declared at the reservation may not stay overnight in the property.

3. The home is privately owned; the owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

We encourage all renters to purchase travel insurance.

4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order

5. Only use appliances for their intended uses

6. PETS are not allowed, unless previously agreed with the owner

7. Parking is limited to street parking, there are plenty garages around the area

8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the rental, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the residence (Do not take towels to the beach).

9. Guest agrees to leave the a/c ON at all times with a minimum temperature of 75 degrees. Guest further agrees not to run the a/c with the doors or windows to the unit open in order to prevent damages due to the humidity.

10. Water and Septic: The residence is on city provided water and city provided sewer systems. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products or other paper should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the sanitary system, you could be charged damages for repair.

11. Storms:
If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless:
•The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or
•A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
•The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
-  Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
-  Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
-  Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.

Great place to stay, clean and comfortable. Very nice neighborhood and a perfect apartment to stay a couple of days. Highly recommended.

This apartment was everything my boyfriend and I could have asked for our first trip to Miami. It is exactly as pictured, if not better - very spacious, clean, modern and the location was perfect (we could walk everywhere). Eleonora and Fosca were the perfect hosts, they were very easy to get hold of and responded to any queries right away. We will definitely stay here again when we next visit Miami!

We are an Italian couple .. resident of Amalfi coast, (the famous place in the world for its beautiful landscapes and as we host our tourists ..) we booked for the first time an apartment in air bnb .. but we were not lucky .. and now we explain why! 1) After paying our apartment .. Eleanor tells us that it is no longer available and will give us another apartment .. we accept, however, reassuring us that this place is cute as the primo..2) when Italy missed five hours for our flight .. I get an email eleonora that warns us that there is no wi-fi in the apartment !!! (for me the wifi was a fundamental thing) .. we reimburse 90

Ale, your comment is a complete lie and I will involve Airbnb to ask for a review on this because I just can not bear people who out of ignorance diverts reality. I have canceled a reservation to let you keep the unit you were looking at the beginning and there is the proof in the messaging system. Then I refunded you (prior to your arrival) 100USD for the internet problem, therefore you were able to purchase 2 simcards with american phone numbers and internet, and this helped you a lot because you were able to use them around Miami, 24/7, not just inside.. I also told you immediately that I would rather have helped you in finding another accommodation if this one was not ok for you due to the wifi issue (which btw didn't depend from me but from the condo) but I did not want any problem later if you were going to accept my offer of a reimburse because I did not have other options. You found the unit super clean, as you know you were our first guest and the apt is brand new construction, with brand new linens, furniture and everything.. and you left 1 star? Seriously? As per the arrival as well? When you didn't advise us that you were arriving and so you had to wait 10 minutes for us to get there... You also got a full extra day, for free, after all the harassment you did to my coworker and still you have the courage to talk about us like that? You certainly are not one of the most valuable residents of Amalfi ... I am Italian too and I never met in my life such a rude and nasty compatriot
