Situated in the northern suburbs of Wollongong my property backs onto a creek with large native trees. My humble abode is also a retreat where the most noise you will hear will be from the native birds or distant rumble of the train.
The bedroom I have listed has a double bed, bottled water provided, TV, heating and cooling [ all with remote]. The bed is extra comfortable with good quality bed linen. You will have exclusive use of the bathroom right next to the bedroom.
There is guest access to the front living area and kitchen dining area. Make yourself a coffee/tea [provided] and breakfast.
The bottom shelf of the fridge is reserved for guests if they have food or drinks that may need to be refrigerated. There is also eggs, bread, milk and juice provided for breakfast.
I understand the importance of privacy and space but at the same time I am available for any assistance I can give.
I am flexible around arrival times so if for example I am not able to be here when you arrive I will give instructions how to access the secured house key.
I am a relaxed and flexible person ... so I do not want to set any hard and fast rules but always respect both ways.
As far as smoking goes it is ok on the front porch.
I was born and raised in Australia but have lived worked and travelled in different places/countries including the US for many years. I am now settled in Wollongong on the South Coast of NSW.
I have studied in the fields of Sociology and Communications so always interested in current politics with an active interest in social justice and environmental issues.
I also love the arts and in particular music from my generation. I support my eldest son who is the lead guitarist and singer in a punk rock band, my second born son an amazing artist and my daughter a journalist for Amnesty International amongst other publications.
My motto in life is ...
be yourself ... love much ...pay attention to detail ....and don't stress.
