Foss House is the perfect house for family holidays and gatherings. It is a beautiful, characterful country house located in one of the most scenic parts of Perthshire. Benefiting from stunning views down Loch Tummel, a lovely, large private garden and hot tub, the house has recently been renovated, and is perfect for those looking for an escape to the country. Convenient for many outdoor activities and for both Pitlochry and Aberfeldy - Enchanted Forest, Festival Theatre, shops and restaurants
Situated nine miles from Pitlochry, Foss House can accommodate parties of up to 12 guests.
The house has recently undergone extensive refurbishment to create an idyllic country home. Renovations included the provision of new bathrooms, providing three of the bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.
The kitchen has been modernised and expanded to create an open plan kitchen/dining area, featuring the original Rayburn stove and walk in pantry. The ground floor also comprises an additional dining room, formal sitting room, master bedroom with en-suite and snug room with a double sofa bed, which is perfect for groups with children.
Externally, the grounds of Foss House extend to 2.2 acres, with guests able to enjoy the stone garden with beautiful views over Loch Tummel, as well as the large pond and burn located at the bottom of the garden. The addition of new decking and hot tub provides further opportunity to relax and take in the peaceful surroundings.
The entire house is accessible to all guests. There is a further holiday home adjacent which is not part of the accommodation.
The hosts can provide assistance within reason when required.
Pets are allowed but not upstairs or on any furniture. £20 per pet to be paid on arrival. Please book them in.
No fake tan in the hot tub.

I live in the Scottish Highlands with my husband, Norman, we have three grown up children and three dogs. We run a self catering holiday business around Aberfeldy and Pitlochry.
