A short walk from the Royal View Princeville Condo are several spectacular beaches. There are 5 fine-dining restaurants with gorgeous views and two (2) five-star resorts within walking distance.
Royal View "Sweet Dreams" One bedroom plus loft with cathedral ceiling and spacious lanai (covered deck) with a panoramic view of lush mountains, cascading waterfalls and rainbows. Offering a 4 poster queen size bed, a king size bed in the loft, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and full bath. Linens provided.

Local activities: plan several adventures each day around the many activities available: surfing, snorkeling, whale watching (December through April), scuba diving, boogie boarding, wind surfing, hiking, golfing, back-country 4-wheeling, zip lines & climbing walls, horseback riding, luaus, helicopter tours, shopping or relaxing on one of the many North Shore beaches
Complex and unit are non-smoking.
We do not meet you at the condo. Our office is located 45 minutes away in Kapaa. We are a property management company and work from our home office by the Wailua River. Candace is the Owner of this condo as well as the owner of the management company so she will be working when you are on island. We provide you with Candace's cell phone as you are free to call with any questions and problems and she will respond as she is your on island contact.
The Hale Moi complex is a residential community. There are some short term vacation rentals and some long term rentals. Please respect the community, quiet hours are between 10pm-8am.
We definitely recommend renting a car as it is the easiest way to navigate the island.
The Sweet Dreams condo is a Vacation Rental (meaning not part of a hotel) we provide an initial starter amount of paper products and soaps. From there, you provide your own supplies. We also provide an initial set of fresh bath towels. If towel service is requested, the cost is an additional $41.67 per day of service, advanced notice is needed.
We won't be able to meet you at the condo to show you around. This condo is located in Princeville. We will be working away when you are on island. :) If you have any questions or problems you contact us directly, we give you Candace's cell number as she is the on island contact for you.

Conservation of electricity: Turn off all fans and all lights when you go out. By closing the blinds, the condo will stay cooler. Many people on the mainland do not realize Hawaii has the highest utility rate of all 50 states.
Consideration and cooperation of all guests is requested at all times. Please keep sounds to a moderate level during daytime hours with minimum sound levels maintained from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. This is in consideration for the neighbors, who also ask that ALL DOORS INCLUDING the sliding glass and screen doors to the lanai be opened as gently as possible.
Parking for Hale Moi #213, Side A “SWEET DREAMS" is in the space marked “213" or any of the spaces marked “Permit". Please note: the parking permit must be displayed in your car. Please be sure to return the parking permit to the condo before leaving for the airport.
The entire complex is now non-smoking. Please no smoking in the condo, on the lanais or in the parking lot! If cited, you will need to cover the fine.. Mahalo for understanding! People who smoke just need to walk across the street and enjoy the ocean view.
Please return one set of keys to the lock box while staying at the condo. This is in case you lose or leave the key inside the condo and lock yourself out.
When leaving the condo, please lock and close all doors.
It is Hawaiian custom to remove shoes before entering the condo. This is to keep the red dirt and sand to a minimum inside the condo and to avoid extra cleaning fees (carpet cleaning, etc.).
Due to the potential fire hazard, grilling is not allowed in the condo or on the lanai at Hale Moi. There is a charcoal grill between buildings 5 & 6.
Beach gear including beach towels and beach mats are provided for your use: please do not take bath towels to the beach. Please clean off gear after each use and dry thoroughly before returning to the condo. Snorkel gear, boogie boards are stored in the bathroom closet.
A current inventory list of everything in the condo is kept and if any inventory is missing, the replacement cost will be billed to your credit card on file. Please do not take anything out of the armoire, we need the supplies for the next guests.
Guests are requested to take trash out regularly to the dumpster to avoid attracting insects such as flies, roaches and ants.
Check out instructions:
a. Return keys: one set of keys must be in the lock box and the other set on the kitchen counter.
b.Please return the parking permit to the condo.
c.Turn off fans and all lights; close and lock all doors.
d.Take the trash out to the bin. Note: Food left will be donated and is greatly appreciated.
e.Before taking off for the airport, check the trunk of your car for any beach gear and / or the cooler.

I have always known I would have a home on beautiful Kauai and dreamed of hosting guests who come to Kauai to fulfill their own life's dream. My favorite TV show when growing up was 'Fantasy Island' and here I am. Over the past 10 years I have come to realize that all that guests who have stayed at Wailua Riverside Hideaway became family the moment they arrived.
