Located very conveniently on the edge of a historical 300 acre woods and park (Crystal Palace Park) and three minutes walk to the Train and Overground station, Cintra Court is ideal both for the business and holiday traveller. It is a warm, comfortable, fully furnished and kitted apartment. The apartment is centrally heated.
The apartment itself is on the ground floor in an Art Deco 1930s purpose built building and offers all mod cons that include Large TV, surround sound, blu ray player, washing machine, dryer and a dishwasher. The kitchen is fully kitted with all necessary pots pans, crockery and cutlery. There is a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and a dishwasher also available for your convenience.
Two full size double beds in each bedroom, quality bed linen and comfortable mattresses are provided.. There is a decent size wardrobe in each bedroom. There is a safe in the master bedroom for your valuables and peace of mind.
The bathroom has a full size bath and a shower. On request, at no extra charge, basic toiletries can be provided. Towels are provided.
The apartment is cared for by another resident in the block so advice and help is couple of flights of stairs away. If your stay exceeds a week, a full linen and towels change is available.
It will be our pleasure to take care of any special requirements you might have. We will ensure that there is a loaf of bread and sufficient milk in the apartment when you arrive.
Just treat the property with the same care as you would your own home. Please let us know of any shortcomings or breakages so that we can replace and rectify the same for the next guest. We would also like to inform you that by booking you agree to the following basic terms and conditions.
Arrival time at your accommodation is on or after 1400 and departure is at 1100 (depending on whether the property is required for the next occupant we are happy to see you sooner or extend your stay to suit your departure times )
If your arrival is delayed, please contact the person whose details are given on our booking confirmation so that alternative arrangements can be made. If you fail to do so you may not be able to gain access to the Property.
2. Your obligations
•You agree to keep and leave the Property and the furnishings, kitchen equipment, crockery, glasses, clean and in good condition.
•You agree not to cause any damage to the walls, doors or windows of the property or to do anything that may be reasonably considered to cause a nuisance .
•You agree to take all necessary steps to safeguard your personal property. No liability to you is accepted in respect of damage to or loss of such property, except where the damage or loss is caused by our negligence.
•You agree to ensure that each member of your party is covered by comprehensive travel insurance (including cancellation, flight delays, loss and damage to baggage and other property) and health insurance (including evacuation and repatriation coverage).
•You cannot allow more people to stay in the Property than in the terms of booking, nor can you significantly change the makeup of the party during your stay in the Property, nor can you take any pets into the Property. If you do so, we can refuse to hand over the Property to you, or can be requested you to vacate. We will treat any of these circumstances as a cancellation of the booking by you.
•You agree to allow us or any representative of ours access at any reasonable time during your stay for the purpose of essential repairs/maintenance.
•You agree to take full responsibility of the safety of yourself and all other members renting with you and you will not hold the landlord liable for any injuries that you might sustain while staying at the property.
Every effort has been made to ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable holiday. If, however, you have any cause for complaint, it is important that remedial action is taken as soon as possible.
It is essential that you contact us if any problem arises so that it can be speedily resolved. It is often extremely difficult (and sometimes impossible) to resolve difficulties properly unless we are promptly notified. Discussion of any criticisms with us whilst you are in residence will usually enable shortcomings to be rectified straightaway. In particular, complaints of a transient nature (for example, regarding preparation or heating of the Property) cannot possibly be investigated unless registered whilst you are in residence.
If any complaint cannot be resolved during your stay, you must write to us with full details within 28 days of the end of it.
