Roomy third story walkup is 2 blocks from Vandy stadium and 3 from the Parthenon in Centennial Park. More than 20 restaurants within 2 blocks. Right off West End and bus transit.
Recently renovated with all new flooring, new paint, and new beds.
I replaced all the flooring last year, had everything painted, and have new beds, bedding, and towels.
It's an 1100 sq ft apartment with 3 bedrooms (2 queens, 1 full, 1 port-a-crib), 2 full baths (1 tub, 1 shower), living room (with a couch you could sleep on), and a kitchen (but no stove yet, so I didn't list the kitchen on AirBnB). There is one reserved parking space by the back stairs and plenty of parking in the surrounding area.
The apartment is thoroughly cleaned by fanatic professionals after every visit. Toilets, showers, and door handles are sanitized. All linens are professionally cleaned. Any used dishes are scrubbed. It should be spotless when you arrive.
Each night stand has an easily accessible outlet strip with multiple USB chargers built in. There are even charging cables in the main room if you forget yours.
The bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, makeup towelettes, hair dryers, and towels/hand towels/wash cloths.
The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, large toaster oven, bottled water, La Croix sparking water, granola bars, instant oatmeal, microwave popcorn, and microwaveable ramen noodles.
The TVs have new Apple TVs with Netflix and Hulu subscriptions.
I am renting the whole apartment. It is fully dedicated as an AirBnB rental. There are keypad locks on all the doors, so you can check in at any time after 3 pm; you don't have to arrange to meet someone.
I am always available by phone, although text first, and live only about a mile away, so I am available to help if there are any problems.
I am happy to give recommendations on places to see and certainly check with me if there is anything in particular you want to do, in case I have a connection that would help. Nashville is growing fast, but is still a small town in many ways.
This is a third story walkup. There is no elevator, so it is not a good choice if someone in your party has trouble with stairs.
The apartment is located in town and is surrounded by restaurants and in-town traffic. It is noisier than a house in a residential neighborhood. If you are a light sleeper and go to bed earlier, this may not be the place for you.
This apartment housed the first Internet provider in Nashville. I'm trying to dig up some pictures of how the apartment was filled with server racks and modems back in the mid 90s.
In the past, it has been independently rented to participants on Real World, Project Runway, and Extreme Makeover. I don't know why we've had that many reality show people here.
I expect guests to be respectful of the property. No smoking, no pets, no dropping trash outside, no disturbing the neighbors. Lock the doors when you leave the apartment.

I am a father of seven children ages 6 to 18. My favorite thing to do is spend time with them, whether that is cooking dinner, reading to them at bedtime, or helping them study.
I learned to program when I was 12 in 1979 and it has become my job and favorite hobby. I have always been a computer geek.
I have lived in Nashville most of my life. It's a nice size. It's big enough to have some of the niceties of a big city, but is still small enough that you're only 2 or 3 degrees of separation from anyone else here.
I recently started AirBnB-ing the apartment I bought with two friends back in 1991. It has served as my home for a few years and my office for many. I've spent more time there than any place else in my life. It is in a wonderful 100 year old 6-unit building. I am the president of the HOA and the building manager and work hard to keep it in good shape.
It has been fun to fix it up and even more fun to have people stay in it. Everyone has been friendly and respectful of the property. I'm looking forward to tweaking and improving it over the next few years.
