Single-family house, built in 1973. 300 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'612 m2. Outdoor shower, terrace (28 m2), barbecue. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Carport. Grocery 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
