Brand new LUXURY apartment in downtown LA. 2 master bedrooms with bath and walk in closet. Large balcony with a view of the HOLLYWOOD SIGN... 5min to Convention Center, La live and Staple center. Sleeps 6 people max, will provide Air Matress on Request after 5guest. Two Free Parking and high speed internet


This is a brand new 2 bedroom luxury apartment in downtown LA. The Apt Offers a modern Kitchen, Separated master Bedrooms with walk in closet, and a Large Living Space with a Private Balcony and a VIEW OF THE HOLLYWOOD SIGN.


You will have access to the entire apartment. You will also have access to the amenities in the apartment complex including a 24 hour gym with steam room / sauna, pools, Bbq grills, basketball court.


The Apt will be all yours during your stay! I am available 24/7 via Airbnb, text or just a phone call away if you need anything at all, otherwise I will leave you to enjoy your visit. If i cannot meet with you for your check in, I will provide easy access and instructions for self check- in.


Be aware that the building is close to the free way, So when the balcony sliding doors are open, noise travels into the apartment, but once the dual pane sliding doors are shut, you can absolutely hear little to zero noise from the freeway....

You cannot recieve mails or packages in my Apartment

Pls note: There will be a $150/each charge for a lost key or garage clicker.

NO SMOKING -- this building, per the onsite management and the individual lease agreements, is a 100% SMOKE-FREE ZONE; including both private and communal roof-top areas. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule I kindly suggest you look into another property. Evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeit of Security Deposit

NO PETS ALLOWED : this building, per the onsite management and the individual lease agreements, is a 100% No Pets allowed.

NOISE: Its a peaceful and quite atmosphere. We have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. I ask that you please respect my neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS are 10PM-8AM.


VISITORS: We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. We do ask that the number of visitors be limited to 5 individuals during your stay.


NO FILMING OR PHOTO SHOOTS -- If you or your company are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or advertising shoots please contact us via the message portion of the site to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc. You may be subject to the forfeit of your security deposit and/or removal from the property if you are found in violation of this.

DAMAGE: We understand things happen but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their stay.

ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES: The use or involvement of illegal substances is highly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement participation.

PLEASE NOTE: The guests undertakes to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. I/We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.

GUESTS: For security purpose for all of us, guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on Airbnb ( including a picture. )

We have a strict check out time, so please be considerate for the people after you, we also need time to clean so all guests must follow our check in & check out time :

Check in time is 7 P.M.

Check out time is 11am.

We give a grace period of 30 mins check out,If you check out late, you will be charged from your deposit.

Our check in was a bit complicated even with Chid's instructions. Communication was not very clear until we arrived. I wish he gave us instructions a couple of days in advance. Place is nice and clean with free parking.

Enny and Guest didnt speak english as thier first language so it was hard to communicate with them. I am glad they enjoyed my Nice and Super clean apartment as mentioned in thier comment

PRO: Location: as a Los Angeles resident this place is in dt area which is fairly close to everything, but u do need uber because it's la , obviously. Home: was really nice, 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed kinda, 2 bathrooms, the place is very spacious, terrace to smoke and just getting a glimpse of the city (freeways mostly). They had extra blankets and pillows which was nice. Washer and dryer. Some utensils, a tv in the living room. CON: I think I had more of a problem with the actual host and checking in then anything, he seemed nice and maybe it was just an error on Airbnb but after I purchased the room for the night he said it actually cost more, I was confused cuz I actually paid 210$ for a Sunday night and I already thought that was steep but what bothered me the most was that he was trying to charge me for parking after it clearly said one free parking on the description. I was almost annoyed at some point and was going to cancel, I showed him the description he wrote where it says free and he honored it but I think the host should have re read thier description. It was also thunderbolt Airbnb, so being an avid Airbnb user I thought it was going to easy check in with a pinpad, nope. probably took 25mins? But that's also my fault too cuz I gave no warning I was ready to check in and was nearby. Overall not bad I guess he let us have the beer, so I shook most stuff off. I get ppl are trying to make money on apartments but it's alot of difficult when u don't own. Had to be almost sneaky but no one noticed or cared so it didn't really matter.

The place was just like it was described, it was clean and spacious. It was walkable to many restaurants and stores, I would definitely stay here again!

Chid was an excellent host! He communicates very well and was very hospitable. He even made arrangements to meet us and check in early due to a scheduling conflict on our end. We would definitely stay here again
