No smoking allowed inside the property.
No parties or loud noise allowed after 9 pm in the condo or terrace.
1.This is a NON SMOKING unit. Smoking within premises and on the balcony forfeits security deposit. Additional fee of $500/USD will be imposed.
2.Pets are not permitted in the condo
(URL HIDDEN) DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit of $500/USD is required. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable at check out, provided the following provisions are met.
a.No damage is done to the unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. If any damage should occur during the rental term please notify the property manager immediately.
b.The renter is not evicted by the owner (or by representative of the owner), the local law enforcement or the security company employed by Sunset by Alttus Condos HOA.
4.No loud or excessive noise that disrupts the peace and enjoyment of the resort after 9pm.
5.Tenants shall not remove any items from the condo.
6.To help our environment - Please turn off the air conditioning and lights when you do not need them and before leaving the condo. For guest occupying the condo during the summer season (May 1 - October 31) an additional electricity consumption fee of (60 kwtts per day aprox) will be charged for electricity usage. Please note consumption of more than 60 kwtts per day will incur additional charges and that expense will be deducted from the security deposit.
7.Please do not leave food out and remove garbage promptly to the garbage bins located outside in the designated garden area.
8.PAYMENT – An advance full payment will be required and accredited by Airbnb.
9. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to (__7__) adults unless prior arrangements have been made.
10. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate, however is available at an additional fee of $50.00/USD per service.
11. We appreciate you leave your unit with garbage in the garbage bags we´ve delivered for you in the kitchen.
12. Keys set, gate remote controls, access cards and AC controls must be returned. Default will cause a penalty of $20.00 usd per item.
While on the property described herein, THE GUEST, his family, guest, or visitors are expressly prohibited from engaging in any activities that are considered illegal under Mexican law. This specifically includes any evidence of illegal drug use or possession. Should THE PROPERTY MANAGER or his representative find evidence of any illegal activities, THE GUEST will be subject to immediate eviction and forfeiture of any rent previously paid as well as the entire security deposit. Parties agrees that THE OWNER OF THE CONDO, The Property Manager and staff should be held harmless of any legal responsibility of acts caused by default in this clause.
13. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing.
Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a 50% refund. Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.

My family and I grew up in Mexico City and relocated to beautiful La Paz in the early 2000s.
We love it here and can't ever imagine living anywhere else in the world.
