Take advantage of our kitchen for meals, or venture out and sample some awesome Venice restaurants during your stay here! Start the morning off right with some coffee in the kitchen. Or head out to Intelligentsia Coffee, Superba Food and Bread, or Menotti's Coffee Stop. All are popular stops near our place. Grab breakfast at Gjelina or let your nose lead your way on Abbot Kinney.
Be sure to experience some local flavor. Check out the walk streets or the Venice Canals or Abbot Kinney or Venice Beach itself while you're here. Enjoy a meal at South End or Wurstkuche Venice or Gratitude Cafe or any of the countless hip restaurant on Abbot Kinney for dinner.
After a long day out exploring, spend some lazy time relaxing in the comfy living room or having a glass of wine. Or just head straight to your cozy bed.

Other Things to Note
Please remember that you will be staying in a home, not a hotel. Therefore, we ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own. We travel often and have help managing guest services for our home while we are away.
Our home has an electronic lock on the entrance. The codes needed to enter the property are available 48 hours prior to check-in in our online guest site.
Before and during your stay, you will have access to our mobile-friendly guest site that contains check-in instructions, access instructions, amenity details, FAQs, and a reporting tool for maintenance requests.

You have the whole front house and the front yard, and access to the washing machine in the back yard and the clothes line in the back yard. (The washing machine and clothes line are shared with the us who live in the back house.)
We are in the back house if you need anything!
We work hard to be as ecology based as possible. We don't use any chemical cleaning products and line dry our sheets and towels. (We joke that it is a solar clothes dryer, but it really is a solar clothes dryer, ha!) We have an electric dryer but only use it when it is raining, which is rare here in Southern California. We've been gardening organically here for over 30 years!
Thank you in advance for respecting our house rules, they are very important to us. Please keep a reasonable volume so as to not disturb our neighbors, and do not invite other guests or have parties. We would appreciate it if you wash any dishes you use during your stay. Please leave the house in the same condition you found it as when you first arrived.
