The Contemporary is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment. Located at 220 Spencer St Melbourne CBD. 2 min walk to Southern Cross station.
2 good size bedroom with kitchen and laundry facility. Free access to Gym/ Sauna/ Sky garden and swimming pool.


The Contemporary is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom near new apartment with modern facilities. Size approx. 60 sqm with Balcony!
Located in prime location with trams at your door step and Southern Cross station just 2 min walk also within a short walk to restaurants, cafe and supermarkets!
Contemporary city view haven in a resort style address.
Featured balcony with outdoor dinning set for you to enjoy sunrise breakfast or romantic sunset dinner with city view!

Check in time is after 2pm Late check in is available - free of charge ( self check in will be used after 6pm).

Maximum occupancy 6 people
Master room: 1 queen size beds
Second room: 2 Single beds
( Living Room: Double Sofa bed can sleep 2 extra adult or 2 kids)-we do not set up sofa bed unless you have booked for more than 4 guests
(There is extra once off surcharge $10 if you need sofa bed to set up in 1-4 people booking).
Onsite parking is available at additional cost. $15/ day with $150 deposit for swipe card access.

- Light filled, thoughtfully designed apartments all with double glazed windows.

- Approximately 1 acre of exclusive rooftop garden which will be one of the largest green spaces in the Melbourne CBD. Including BBQ areas, vegetable gardens, study areas, rock climbing and playground.

****Guest can use BBQ facilities at level 6(reservation is required and subject to availability.Please obey body corporate rule)

- Immediate access to the best inner city entertainment, retail and dining areas with Docklands, Southbank and South Wharf a short stroll away.

- A multitude of public transport options on offer, with Southern Cross Station situated directly opposite.

Security deposit is pre-authrosied by airbnb for swipe card and key.
You will need swipe card to access lift / gym/ swimming pool and roof garden.

Check in/ out : 2PM/10AM
Sorry early check in is not possible as the previous guest will leave at 10am then cleaner will need time to prepare the room for the next guest. There are luggage lockers at Southern Cross station, which is right opposite of my apartment. They charge from $10-16/ 24 hrs.

-Car park is limited. We can arrange car park in the building for you.

There is a security deposit $ 150 for the car park swipe card. You will be charged for $150 if you lose the car park swipe card.

If you want to leave your luggage before checking-in or after you check-out, there are affordable luggage services and paid lockers across the road at the Southern Cross train station. They charge anywhere from AU$10 to AU$16 per locker for 24 hours worth of storage.


I will not be attended to check guest in/out most of time. My team member will be assist in check in/out . I will email guest his contact details once I receive confirmation of booking.

- Smoking, Party, Loud Music are Strictly Not Allowed.

- Please Turn on range hood and open window when cooking.
(Fire alarm is very sensitive so in the presence of building manager or fire fighters, you will be liable for the cost of it.

- Please note that a loss of Swipe Card and Key is chargeable at
AUD $150.00 per swipe card

_ Delaying in return the swipe card will charge $50 penalty .

- Check-in time is to be confirmed 2 days before your arrival.

- Take-off your shoes when being at home.

- Guests are required to wash dishes when guest check out.

-Please do not move the large furniture around . Such bed , sofa, dinner table . If you do, please move them back to the original location when you check out. Additional $50 will be charged if you move the furniture around .

****Extra additional $30/ hour penalty if guest do not check out on time.

***We are not liable for loss / damage / theft any personal belonging left in the apartment after you check out . Please make sure you take your personal belongings with you when check out.

***Hosts reserve right to enter to property with notice to guests to carry out repair / maintenance.

*** if you have car park swipe card , you need to bring all the apartment keys/ swipe card to the car park and return the key back to the apartment after you move the car out of car park ! Otherwise $30 will be charge if you not bring it back.

Eden made contact with me and gave me step-by-step instructions for the stay to ensure everything went smoothly. It was indeed a pleasant place to stay in for the 4 days. The apartment was well-maintained and kept clean. My friends and I felt that it was an excellent place to stay, given the premium location it was at. Great experience throughout. cheers!

The unit was ideal for our short stay! The host communicated thoroughly on check in and out as well as house rules. Apartment was comfortable and all the essentials were there! Great cbd find!

location is very good. Communication with host is good however detial explanation is week so I understoond their guide (espcially how to use car parking) Communucation with host good except for foreign with no Usim

very convenience location,just opposite the southern cross station and the Coles supermarket!! room is clean with complete facility for cooking. Thanks for giving us a perfect jounery of the melboune trip. Very recommended!!!

Important information:

* We provide car park for $15 per 24 hours ( Multi-entry) . The car park is provided by third party, you will be given an allocated car park number a day before you arrive.

* There are few car rental companies nearby. You can search car rentals in Southern cross station to save the parking fee if you only need car for few hours.

* We are airbnb not hotel. ( Means you are staying in host's house not a hotel).
Therefore, we do not provide daily cleaning service. Additional cleaning service can be provided at extra cost.

* Please take your personal belongings with you when you check out. We are not responsible for any lost or damage to your personal belongings.
