Luxurious 2 bed 2 bathroom, one with ensuite the other is next door to bathroom. Located at 13 montgomery street eh75ju at leith walk side, with lovely views onto elm row and leith walk.

Princes street is only a 5 minute walk and there's a variety of shops, cafes and bars/restaurants all on your doorstep. The flat is south facing and has an abundant of natural light and is a perfect base for exploring the city.

Each bedroom has a double bed with a memory foam mattress that can be split into single beds on request. They also have plentiful wardrobe space and built in storage. One has ensuite the other is next door to the bathroom, both have dressing tables and mirrors and flat screen smart tv's + DVD players.

The open plan living room kitchen area is great for socialising while cooking, eating or having a few drinks. It offers a 55inch flat screen smart TV + DVD and original fireplace. It also has a deluxe double sofa bed where another 2 guests can sleep, there is a privacy lock on the door for lights out. This is my favourite room in the house and you soon forget your on a sofa bed due to the comfort and the benefit of the kitchen/bar. The kitchen area includes Quartz breakfast bar and brand new kitchen and appliances.

My apartment is ideal for friends or families visiting Edinburgh, exploring the city and attractions or just enjoying the buzzing Edinburgh atmosphere.

I have recently renovated my apartment and designed it in a way to suit guests needs to live and enjoy, with fully vacant storage, empty wardrobes and stocked with cooking equipment, appliances and luxury furnishings. I do not store any items and you will have full access. Wifi provided. Clean laundry, bedding and towels supplied and fitted.


The apartment is owned by myself Mark and I'm non resident. You therefore have it to yourself. My mum Glenda will meet and greet you with keys and give you some advice on the area if needed. Glenda also cleans the place once you leave and makes it beautiful again for the next guest coming, if you could strip the sheets and put them in the laundry basket provided that would be a great help.


Pets may be allowed depending on what type and size please ask. If you smoke please open the window and be very careful. Just treat the place like it's your own and look after it.

Back again for the second year! Great apartment, great location.

What a find. I could not recommend this apartment higher. Great location at around a 10 minute walk in to all key areas of town and a nice quite street. Apartment is immaculate, very modern / clean, comfortable and with ample space and all beds extremely comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped and bathrooms are modern (one is slightly narrow, however this is a minor point). Slept 5 adults comfortably and room for 1 more across 3 double beds. The host's could not be more accommodating, excellent communication, allowed early check in due to nobody staying the night before and was quick to reply for any issues we faced. Genuinely cannot fault anything to do with the stay. Location is great with about 10 minutes walk to the train station, 15 minutes to the royal mile, 20 minutes castle. Just off a main road so local supermarket is literally 20 meters away with lots of other food, pubs, restaurants within a stones throw. Glenda / Mark thanks for everything we will 100% stay again.

We stayed in this lovely flat for a couple of days. The flat is in a great location and there is only 10-15min of walk to the city center. Mark and Glenda are excellent hosts and any questions are usually answered by them within minutes. All in all we had a pleasant stay.

Place is great - location is walking distance to really nice areas and attractions. Beds are comfy and bathrooms are nice. Only met Glenda on the street as we were she leaving but she was very nice - also very responsive to the couple of questions we had after we checked in. Only suggestions to owner were for some tips/suggestions for food/drinks in the neighborhood.
