Eclectic decor in a renovated 1920s apartment. Great location, close to downtown St Pete.
This apartment is bright and sunny. The living room has an original tile fireplace (candles only) and a sleeper loveseat. It is joined with a small office alcove on one side and sunroom on the other. There is a SmartTV and wifi; use my Netflix or sign into your own internet accounts. The sunroom has a glass top table for four along with a daybed. The bathroom is large with a deep tub and shower. The bedroom has a new queen sized bed, dresser, and walk-in closet. The kitchen is a galley type with full size appliances and is totally stocked for your cooking pleasure.
There is a shared deck with a two top table and a shared courtyard with a grill and patio furniture that you are welcome to use. The onsite coin laundry is located in the garage building.
We base our interaction on your needs. We are close by and happy to make recommendations and give directions. We are often in the courtyard and welcome conversation but certainly don't expect it. Your unit is private and you are welcome to share any of the common areas any time you want.
Parking is on the street in front of the apartment.
There are other people in the building so please just be aware and be considerate. Conversation in the courtyard does travel and can be heard from most units, so don't tell any deep dark secrets you don't want shared. No smoking inside the units. We are proud of our community, are welcoming yet non-obtrusive. Please make yourselves at home and remain respectful and considerate.
Small pets may be allowed on approval.
I love bringing change - it's my life's mission! I work as a consultant helping companies change to be more efficient. I'm a real estate broker and renovate property as well. I get my biggest kick out of turning an old rundown house into something beautiful!
I fell in love with St Petersburg when I moved here. I never expected to stay more than two or three years and that was at least 15 years ago! I've renovated several properties here; all built in 1925 or 1926. I'm really happy to be able to share some of those through AirBnB. I try to think of everything I would want when I travel and make it available. I think it's important for a place to have its own personality and be comfortable.
I try to follow my guests lead when I host. I'm available and try my best to respond quickly. Our community is open and friendly but not intrusive and that's my hosting style as well. I want people to feel at home and comfortable to do as they wish while visiting our city.
