We have strict noise restrictions here at Centennial Park Lodge for the sake of all our guests. Please, no excessive noise after 10 pm by which it will disturb your neighbours. Calls required to any guest due to neighbour complaints outside of business hours will be charged at $ 50.00 EACH. $ 150.00 FEE will apply for any security attendance required if the disturbance continues.
No function or parties are allowed UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
(Undisclosed parties/functions and excessive noise is a punishable offence by law and we reserve the right to immediately terminate the tenancy and this will attract a loss of all bond paid. Should this behaviour occur, a security company may be called to investigate and this will incur an automatic charge of $ 150.00)
Damages and breakages noticed on arrival in the premises must be reported immediately by the guest otherwise it is agreed that all is in order with the premises.
The management/owner of the premises takes no responsibility for the loss or theft of personal property or any bodily injury that occurs on or at the premises.
This is a non smoking property and smoking at all on this site is strictly prohibited.
A $ 250.00 room recovery fee will be charged for smoking in any room of Centennial Park Lodge.
Any breakages, damages, repairs & excess cleaning for any property of Centennial Park Lodge are to be paid for by the resident. (THIS INCLUDES RUBBISH LEFT INSIDE THE PROPERTY, DISHES LEFT ON BENCHES & ANY MARKS ON WALLS, MIRRORS, CEILINGS AND FLOORS). Please ensure rubbish is placed in the appropriate bins provided and no excess rubbish is left in the property or common areas. Rubbish removal and/or excess cleaning will be charged at a minimum of $ 55.00. All occupied areas are to be kept tidy and clean.
On departure, the premises must be left in a similar satisfactory state to the condition on arrival. Failure to do so may incur extra charges. You authorise us to charge you for the additional costs that we incur to clean the premises on your departure. Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all excess rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided (located near the entrance of reception), and crockery and cutlery washed and packed away. The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition.
The property should be vacated by 10am on the day of departure and properly secured including locking all windows and doors, late check out on day of departure will incur a fee.
All onsite parking is allocated for management and staff and all guests and visitors will need to find off street parking.
This accommodation is equipped with sensitive smoke alarms, accidental setting off of these alarms may result in the fire brigade attending. If the fire brigade attends a false alarm, this will result in a fine from the fire department, such fines are expensive and will be directly passed onto the guest.
We reserve the right to access full premises in the case of a fire, for the safety of all guests and property.
We also reserve the right for reasonable access for both fire alarm testing and council inspections which are required by law. Please note - You will be well informed if this will occur.
All hallways, stairs and units must be kept clear at all times (including furniture, luggage, rubbish, etc.)
If you lock yourself out of the property and we are required to attend the premises to open the property at any time, this will incur a $ 50.00 call out fee. You are responsible for the safe keeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Replacement or lost keys will incur a minimum charge to the guest of $ 165.00, per key.
Keys need to be returned by 10am of your departure day. Staff will be at reception from 8am. Should you choose to depart prior to this, please leave your key in an appropriate envelope (provided at reception), labelled with your name and room number and place it in the safety box located in reception.
Each room is a maximum occupancy of two persons.
Visitors of our occupants must also comply with the house rules. Visitors are not to use shower and laundry facilities or remain on the premises if the guest is absent unless permission has been given by management or appointed representative.
You are responsible for any visitors you allow on site and any offences they may make, all extra charges will be charged to your room.
Centennial Park Lodge is NOT PET FRIENDLY. All animals are strictly prohibited, failure to comply with this condition by either you or any visitors you have will result in a fee of
$ 400.00 to you for pest control after your departure.
