We will show you every secret to achieve an amazing pasta dough like in a Michelin star restaurant. I learn everything from my grandma, true pasta maker from Emilia Romagna (Bologna city). After many experience in Michelin star restaurant in Italy and around the world, I decide to open my experience on Airbnb to share my passion for pasta. You will meet only the best chefs in town, all with Michelin start restaurant back ground, all with the same mission, share our experience and our family traditions, ready to share the love for Italian Gastronomic culture. We going to start with a little introduction to the ingredients, after that we are going to do the dough and you will be able to prepare you own pasta from scratch! I will teach you many different kind of pasta shapes as: -Tortelli -Tagliatelle -Fettuccine and a lot more :) A wonderful experience about the magical word of pasta. Of course, at the end we are going to enjoy together some amazing pasta dishes. I will show you how to prepare few different sauces for our amazing pasta! We will be taste 3-4 different pasta dishes! This Class is suitable for vegetarians. Please note: open classes would not be suitable for gluten free and dairy free, I’m sorry about that. We'll meet you in the harbor in Riomaggiore and depart on our magical sunset tour. We'll slowly make our way up the Cinque Terre coast, stopping in front of each village to give you a little bit of history and insider information, as well as the opportunity to take photos of the villages from the sea - hands down the best way to capture each village's beauty. Once we reach Monterosso we'll turn around, and with the sun setting behind us, we'll slowly head back to Riomaggiore. You'll sip bubbles while cruising. Yuri is a local wine expert and has his own vineyards, so he's able to provide you with information about how grapes are grown on our cliffs, and what makes the Cinque Terre wine which you'll be drinking so unique. You'll also be munching on homemade focaccia from the local baker, made fresh daily, and a must-try food while in the Cinque Terre. You can jump in the sea during the tour as well for a sunset dip. Jump on this awesome boat tour and we'll take you to see the first four Cinque Terre towns (the best of the five!) - you'll swim in the Ligurian Sea just as the sun is setting in and you'll learn tons from your local, English speaking captain, who'll answer any questions you'll have! My guests will enjoy one of the best views of the hillside in Cinque Terre, enjoy local specialties and listen to my Bach played live on the piano. The focus of this year, 2023, will be J. S. Bach's Goldberg Variations and Six Partitas. I will welcome my guests into my property, inside the Cinque Terre National Park, where they will visit a young vineyard, learn about the building techniques of the old dry stone walls that are peculiar to this area and hear some historical background of what makes our area so unique. Afterwards, they will enjoy a full lunch or dinner, a selection of wines and my homemade lemon liqueurs while enjoying classical piano music played live. I provide transportation for a maximum of 10 guests per session, from Riomaggiore and back, at my expense. The whole event will take place outdoors, on my terrace above the vines. If the weather does not allow for an enjoyable outdoor setting the event will be cancelled and our guests entirely reimbursed. Bring along your camera, drinking water and an umbrella/blanket according to the weather.

A Cinque Terre Sunset Boat Tour is the most romantic and scenic tour you can experience when visiting the area! We will leave from the pier in Monterosso, you’ll get to admire the colorful five seaside villages from the sea, while we will tell you everything about local history and daily life. We will have an aperitif with local products to taste some typical Ligurian specialties, sipping prosecco and listening to music in the background. We'll go to explore a beautiful hidden coves, and in warmer months you’ll even be able to swim in the crystal clear waters of the National Park while enjoying the sunset. After a short break in picturesque Vernazza (during the less crowded and warm months) we will sail towards the sunset, enjoying this natural performance in the most romantic and peaceful moment of the day. We will be back in Monterosso after sunset. We offer you a tour of the 5 Terre with the fascinating view of the countries from the sea and we can arrive with the boat right near the "Protected Marine Reserve" of the National Park. We will leave from the small port of Manarola and I will make you take some spectacular photos of the village that can only be made from the boat and from some points that I know and that allow you a particular recovery. We will then go to Riomaggiore where you can see the characteristic small port and the beautiful colored houses and then we will go to Corniglia which is the only one in the 5 Terre that is not near the sea but above the hill. After we will arrive to Vernazza, where you can admire the church located directly on the beach and then we cruise to Monterosso where you will see the beautiful beaches. During the navigation we will also go to some small sea caves, known only by old fishermen, where we can arrive only with boats like mine. If we are lucky we could see the dolphins or look for the nests of the seagulls scattered on the cliff overlooking the sea On sunny days you could even take a trip with the sunset that makes the villages even more fascinating. Other things to note In case of bad weather or rough seas the tour will have to be canceled. If possible, I will propose another date or you will get a refund . The tour start from the little dock of Manarola, at the same dock from where the ferries to Cinque Terre depart aboard an 8-meter open boat. It runs along the 5 villages from Manarola towards Monterosso. Arriving at Guvano beach, behind Corniglia, we stop for the first swim break; with snorkeling equipment you can admire the clear waters and the local fish. It starts again with a panoramic view of the coast and all the various types of sedimentary rocks, explanations on the paths and the type of wine produced, another swim stop after the view of the seaside village of Vernazza to then reach the last of the 5 lands, Monterosso. After the view of the village and the beaches, the route is reversed to return to Riomaggiore, another swim stop one mile from the coast, drinking good prosecco, waiting for the sunset to then return to Manarola

Con i due capitani Steeven e Christian partiremo dalla marina di Riomaggiore per andare al seguente villaggio Manarola e far salire a bordo i nostri altri amici per poi proseguire (soffermandosi in ogni villaggio dal mare,  per fare tante belle foto,  tutto questo sempre vicino alla costa), proseguiremo  verso Corniglia, unico villaggio che si trova a 100 metri dal livello del mare, visiteremo delle grotte accessibili solo dal mare ,faremo una o due soste per nuotare e fare dello snorkeling insieme ai pesci ,a bordo ti offriremo del vino bianco, prosecco ,coca-cola birra o acqua e degli snack come la focaccia ligure. arriveremo a Vernazza uno dei villaggi più amati dai turisti, e infine arriveremo a Monterosso, il villaggio più grande, ed ammireremo le sue spiagge. Ci allontaneremo dalla costa per ammirare il sole che tramonta e torneremo  indietro con calma.Al termine del tour sarà possibile scendere a Manarola o Riomaggiore.

The experience takes place in an authentic XVI century private house in Riomaggiore where you will find the table ready and, after a glass of prosecco, we can start working to create the best pesto you have ever tasted and enjoy a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea. Learn how to make homemade pasta easily and successfully. We will meet in Florence at our cooking school located in the historic center, in front of the Arno river. We are a team of professionals chefs, we are pleased to meet you and let you spend a nice time with us for a fun and unique lesson. We will teach the secrets how to make RAVIOLI, FETTUCCINE or SPAGHETTI & TORTELLI in different shape. We will provide you with the tools useful for the preparation: kitchen gown, rolling pin and pasta cutter, eggs and flour. After the preparation, we will cook together the pasta with the relatives sauces. Each participant will prepare their own pasta, then we will cook it in the same pot to share it, then with the rest of the group like an italian family. The experience lasts about 3 hours, It will also be an opportunity to socialize with other travelers and with your host in an Italian atmosphere. Immerse yourself in the Tuscan countryside with 3 different experiences! We will meet in Florence, an authorized driver will take you to our farm in just 35 minutes. What will we do? 1 - Walk among country fields, ancient olive trees and vineyards, enjoy the landscape, the plants, the explanation of our history, an occasion to take photos in the suggestive setting.
Maybe you will meet our funny domesticated pig! In September taste the grapes! 2 - Visit the cellar and taste 5 organic Tuscan wines: white & red, aged directly from the barrel, and "vin santo" a traditional sweet wine. Then you can taste olive oil, we will delight you with a short film about our mission. You have the opportunity to buy wines at cellar prices, or order them to ship. 3 The last part is dedicated to making fresh pasta, with Raffaella or Laura, they teach the secrets to make pasta like Spaghetti or Ravioli! The pasta will be mixed and cooked together with that of the others, it will not be possible to do individual cooking. Of course, we will eat them together at a long table as in an Italian family. The experience starts with a 15/20 minute tour of our cellar in the hills of Lucca. Guests will be guided through the production stages and explained the procedure of our wine preparation. Depending on the time of year, you may even see our creation process in action! Afterwards, the real fun begins:D Guests will be accommodated on the terrace where they can taste our wines and olive oil (all included in the cost of the experience). Throughout your tasting, we will explain the organoleptic characteristics of the various wines and answer any questions you may have. The duration of the entire experience is around 1.5 hours. We'll take you up the coast departing from Riomaggiore, the most southern village in the Cinque Terre. We'll slowly cruise along the coast past all the villages until we get to the most northern village of Monterosso. Then we'll turn around and slowly head back to Riomaggiore. You'll be able to capture stunning photos of each village while sipping a glass of tipical White wine or soft drink and enjoying a light bite to eat. There is no better way to take in the magical Cinque Terre region than by boat. You might even see dolphins if you are lucky! Other things to note Our tours are obviously weather dependent. In the case of bad weather or rough seas the tour will unfortunately have to be cancelled. In this case you'll receive a full refund.

For the eco-conscious, outdoor adventurer! Sail away from the crowds. Get some much needed mental peace and quiet (and an arm workout!) This curated, 1.5 hour kayaking tour is an amazing way to discover places only accessible by sea and experience a different side of the Cinque Terre! Kicking off from the charming port of Riomaggiore around 3:30pm, we'll head north where there's the iconic "via dell'Amore". If the sea conditions permit, we'll enter into a small, secret cove that opens back out into the crystal clear Ligurian Sea. After a brief explanation of the coastline, well turn around and row back south, this time going further out from the coast. We'll pass in front of Riomaggiore - after a few photos, if the sea conditions permit, we'll stop at the natural pools of La Macrexia. Crystalline waters so beautiful, you won't want to leave. Moving forward, get up close and personal with the iconic vertical cliffs of the Cinque Terre before heading back to Riomaggiore. Experience is preferred, but not necessary. This would be a fun option for the whole family. Caves are currently closed by the coast guard. Our tours are dependent on Mother Nature. In case of rough seas and/or rain , we will do our best to reschedule you. Children as welcomed, as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Each kayak can sustain a max of 100kg .
