In this experience, you will visit the unparalleled DOURO VALLEY, the first denominated wine region in the world and a world heritage site by UNESCO. The day starts at our meeting point and then we will be heading to the Valley. For the drive we will do a loop around the valley to better see and enjoy all the different landscapes, first driving through the N323 with all the astonishing viewpoints of the valley and where we have the first stop, a small winery from a local producer to try his regular wines (reds and whites from the region), olive oil, and other products produced with olives and everything paired with local bread, jelly, cheeses, and hams. At this winery, we will have the chance to have a short walk at the vines and depending on the stage of the vineyard, learn about the work being done at the moment, such as pruning, grafting, and harvesting. The second stop is at Pinhão for a typical Portuguese lunch at a local tavern with great options for Vegans and Vegetarians. Still, at Pinhão, we have a 1-hour mini-cruise in a typical boat along the astonishing Douro River with the Valley as a background view (shared with other groups) The journey will continue through the National 222 in, direction of our last winery, something very small and intimate where you will have the chance to try the wines of the last local producer.

OUR GOAL IS FOR YOU TO HAVE AN EXCELLENT SURFING EXPERIENCE, whether it's your first time trying surfing or you are trying to advance your skills. We'll get suited up in the wetsuits I provide, grab the surfboards and head down to the sand. This experience is for Small Groups (MAXIMUM 8 PARTICIPANTS per COACH) from total beginners surfers. For the first 15 minutes we’ll be training on the beach, then the rest of the classe with an instructor in the ocean. Other things to note A container to change clothes (NOT IN THE STREET) and safe space to store your belongings (NOT IN A CAR). At the end of the lesson you have access to an outdoor shower. In this tasting, you will be trying 4 different categories of Port Wine, with explanations from our attentive and friendly staff. "Huh, Port Wines who?" "What's the difference between them?" "How are they made?" We have the answers for that and a lot more... Come discover our Classic Ports! Includes: Explained Classic Ports flight (white, rosé, ruby, tawny).

This experience will be carried in a very intimate environment inside our shop located in the Porto city center, right across the street from one of the most emblematic buildings in Porto, "Palácio da Bolsa". We will start by learning about portuguese wines and wine regions across all the country, note that Portugal is the biggest world wine producer per capita and wines is just what we have the most all over the country. For the tasting, you will have the chance to learn how to open a Porto Wine Bottle with fire (basically we need to burn a special scissour and then "cut" the bottle) this in an ancient process we still use in order to do not destroy the cork while opening the botle and like this keep the wine intact. Once this process is a bit long, while waiting we will serve you some Madeira, Red and White wine, all pared with dry fruits, and cheeses. When the scissor will be warm enough, we will finally open Bottle and try the king of all wines in Portugal, the Port Wine.
