Go snorkeling in front of the apartment and head for nearby Tamarin Bay for surfing. Kite surf at the world-renowned Le Morne, also close by. Trek in the Black River Gorge area, following up with a dinner of local dishes at Tamarin Briani House.
In order to take advantage of your stay in Mauritius, I highly recommend renting a car.
