The house dates from 1813, but has been renovated in 2014, with respect for authentic elements (ancient stones and floors, ...). The house has a big terrace, a private swimming pool (9 x 4 m) and a big garden (1300 m2), with trees and moreover, the entire garden is surrounded by an ancient wall, guaranteeing lots of privacy.
At the same time, the house boasts a lot of comfort (new kitchen and bathroom). The house has a habitable space of 180 m2. There are 3 bedrooms and 1 bureau with sofa bed.
