Our practice will take place in a quiet corner of Lumphini Park, right in the center of Bangkok. We will start the session with meditation and Pranayama (breathing exercises), moving on to asana flows.
During the retreat, we will be performing healing and strengthening exercises. Thanks to the small size of the class, the class can be tailored to individual needs and skills. Yogis of all levels are welcome to join! (The time of the yoga practice is approximately 90 minutes)

Historical City of Ayutthaya - Unesco Full Day From Bangkok
In the morning we leave from the meeting point in Bangkok to the former capital Ayutthaya.
Ayutthaya, a kingdom that existed from 1350 to 1767, is a fantastic destination for culture lovers. During these four centuries, the country grew into the nation of Siam (the former name of Thailand), which roughly occupied the territory of modern Thailand, with the exception of the Lanna kingdom in northern Thailand.
Ayutthaya was favorable to foreign merchants, first Chinese, Indians, Japanese and Persians, later Portuguese, Spaniards, Dutch (the Dutch East India Company), British and French, and allowed them to build settlements outside the city walls.
At its peak, Ayutthaya had over a million inhabitants and the ambassadors of King Louis XIV of France compared the city in size and wealth to Paris.
The kingdom came to its final end in 1767, when the Burmese army invaded the country, burnt Ayutthaya to the ground and forced the inhabitants to abandon the city.
Since 1991, Ayutthaya has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Visit the Royal Summer Palace Bang Pa-In and the most famous and stunning temples ruins in this once mighty city, like Wat Yai Chai Mongkhon, Wat Mahathat, Vihara Phra Mongkhon Bophit, Wat Phra Si Sanphet and Wat Chaiwatthanaram.
During this tour you will travel back in time and learn more about the temples and the history of Thailand.

Monkey Temple & Ayutthaya Old City tour from Bangkok
Visit 2 cities in one day trip from Bangkok.
During this tour we will visit some historical temples in Ayutthaya and visit the monkey-temple in Lopburi.
The history-rich city of Lopburi has more to offer than just cheeky monkeys!
Lopburi is one of Thailand’s oldest cities, being inhabited continuously since the Dvaravati era, that started 15 centuries ago. During the 10th century Lopburi became part of the Khmer empire. The Khmers built a number of impressive monuments, many of which still exist today.
During the reign of King Narai the Great in the second half of the 17th century, Lopburi was made the second capital of the Ayutthaya Kingdom.
Join us on this full day tour from Bangkok and get deeply immersed in Thai culture!

*** All entrance fees INCLUDED. Hassle-free!***
Discover the ancient capital of Ayutthaya on this small group tour from Bangkok. Explore the UNESCO World Heritage site, visit historic temples, and learn about the city's rich history from a friendly and knowledgeable guide.
Once upon a time, the Kingdom of Thailand was called Siam, whose first capital was Sukhothai in the north. Its second capital, a splendid site of prang (towers) and gigantic monasteries, was located not far from Bangkok. Ayutthaya was its name, and it flourished from the 14th to the 18th centuries deep in the country’s central plains.

Damnoen Saduak Floating Market & Railway Market
Everyday 2 times: 7:15 AM and 10:30 AM
After 1 to 1,5 hours driving we arrive at the famous Mae Klong train market (Talat Rom Hup). Imagine a train going straight through a public market!
The Mae Klong Railway Market has been around since 1905. Fishing was (and still is) one of the main livelihoods of the people who lived here, and the market was another way in which to sell their goods. Officials decided to build a railway in order to better deliver these goods to other provinces. The market stayed at the same place though, despite the new tracks that cut through it.
Visit Wat Bang Kung, famous for its small chapel that is completely enclosed within the roots of a banyan tree. It is almost like the tree itself is the pillars of the temple and that without the roots the chapel would fall down. You can also go inside to pay respect to the Buddha image.
Continue to Damnoen Saduak where we board a long-tail boat for a ride through the canals before we reach the famous floating market of Damnoen Saduak.
Around 150 years ago a canal was dug out at Damnoen Saduak. In those days, the waterways were the center of economic activity and much of the transport was done by boat.
The market is packed with vendors selling copious amounts of exotic, fresh fruits and vegetables, agricultural produce as well as authentic, local sweets, delicacies and souvenirs.
